I must say I was more than pleasantly surprised with the KiKu Hotel--staff who greeted me at the desk when I arrived with both friendly and professional and the room was so very clean and well designed. Best of all it was uber quiet which, along with the very excellent mattress, made for a perfect sleep.

There was really nothing I would change about the hotel. I had dinner at the restaurant off the entrance and it was just fine. I was up early and did not stay for breakfast at the hotel but the buffet was set up and it looked very fine indeed. Next time!

Friendly staff as always. Clean room. City centre location. Shops and restaurants near. Safe underground garage (costs 10 eu/day). Price is ok. Have not tried breakfast, so no idea. Have stayed numerous times and would come back again.

There is no place to put your things in the bathroom. No place for the towels. And not sure that all the housekeeping staff understood a towel on the floor means, please change. Anyway nothing to complain about.

Super Location; very close to the Train station, shopping and attractions. Märklineum is only a short walk from the Fußgängerzone. The room was very comfortable and large enough for a family of four. Bunk beds for large teenagers. Soundproof and quiet. We especially love the pillows and bedding (available to buy if desired). Breakfast has a wide variety of food. We like to decaffeinated coffee option on the coffee maker. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Our third stay in this hotel. Good as always. It is clean and comfortable. Centrally located. Shops restaurants, cafès just across the road. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. We will return.

Well, the room had a big window, which we loved, but there is no possibility of opening it. The air conditioning is the only way of getting some air or opening the room door to the corridor where there is an open window. Anyway nothing to complain about.

The staff is professional, friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel is very clean and modern. For a budget hotel, it is a great one. The location is unbeatable, city centre next to the railway station. Wifi worked well. All in all it is a great hotel for a night or more. It was our second stay, but if again on business, we will choose it for sure. Absolutely recommendable.

AC sometimes worked, sometimes did not. No idea why. The parking costs 10 eu. A bit too much. Other than that, not much to complain about.

Modern, but with a bit of a traditional German feel. Comfortable, and the walls must be substantial. The hotel was full on Saturday, and I didn't hear anything from the rooms on either side. New hotel, so everything looked good, as usual in Germany very clean.

Continental breakfast, with only boiled eggs, no other hot food. The only other negative point for some people may be no bath, walk-in shower only in my room.

Centrally situated, next to the railway station and near the bus station. The location is perfect. This is a brand new hotel with all the comfort and cleaness, as well as perfect technical solutions. The room was spacious with huge windows overlooking the pedestrian area. Heating was perfect. And the wifi connection functioned perfectly as well. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. There is an underground garage, which costs 10 eu/day, as it is stated, but it is well worth it, you will not need your car if you want to look around in the city. There are all the shops in the walking area, and all the good restaurants. I would certainly recommend it.

It is good as it is. Though, we did not take breakfast, so no comment on that.

Its location is excellent, merely steps from the train station, eateries and supermatket. The staff is approachable and helpful. The room is clean and comfortable although not that big. Overall, it was worth the stay.

Having coffee cups and tea spoons in the room would be a small but welcoming touch.

Hotel with perfect location. Very clean, spacious. Amazingly helpful staff.

Breakfast is served by extra payment. 12 euro. But nothing warm except coffee or tea and boiled eggs. I bought one breakfast, later I eat outside of the hotel.
