Very good location, close to the train station and the streets of the city. Welcoming and helpful staff. Delightful design and lovely smell in the reception. We booked a room with a terrace, and it was downstairs, so a bit cramped, but still lovely to have somewhere to sit outside after a long day at the beach. The garden is also nice, not many people using it.

No kitchen, so only a very simple breakfast. We chose to eat out every morning.

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a welcoming smile. A Staff member carried my bags up to my room which was great since there was no elevator. The room was beautiful and perfectly decorated. The bed was so comfortable I did not want to leave it. Everything was spotless. The air conditioning worked quite well .Nichole was very helpful and even pointed out a few restaurants for me. I was able to leave my bags after checking out for a few hours while still exploring the city. Overall, I loved my stay and I would definitely go back and I have already recommended it to a few friends.

I always stay at this hotel whenever I visit Cannes. It’s a charming, family-run place — very cozy and always spotlessly clean. The toiletries are high quality, and the owner is exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The location couldn’t be better — right in the city center, close to everything. There’s also a lovely terrace in the courtyard with comfortable chairs and tables — a perfect spot to relax after a day in the city. Highly recommended for a comfortable and pleasant stay!

I really wish there was something! But it wasn't!

Clean, close to city centre, polite staff, modern rooms

1. No soundproofing between rooms or corridor - you could hear literally every conversation next door, snoring in the night, phone ringingly, screaming kids, people moving in the corridor. 2. Underground passage to get to the hotel, after 7/8pm as solo traveler I wouldn’t recommend.

The room was very quiet - before arrival I was a bit worried as it appeared to be on a main road - but it was great. The superior double glazing on the windows kept all the noise out. I slept very well. And the air conditioning was surprisingly quiet (and effective) Also - the lovely staff were very friendly and helpful. I was attending a conference at the main expo venue on the beach front which was only a 10 minute walk. Small point - but every room has a ironing board and iron.

Welcoming homely feel. Owners are present in the hotel and very much involved with the day to day running and ensure you are happy during stay. Hotel is decorated beautifully. Breakfast on roof terrace was a lovely touch. Room and Bathroom very clean and comfortable. We booked the suite with the courtyard so had private area to sit out and relax and soak up the sun. Nice area very close to beach, promenade, shops, restaurant etc.

Need to be really picky here to find something we didnt like and this is down to personal preference but we prefer a closed wardrobe and chest of drawers rather than the open wardrobe/shelves.

Our room was overlooking the beautiful garden. The hotel was in its own serene paradise in a central location, really close to restaurants, shops & the beach. The staff were very friendly and helpful carrying our suitcases up and downstairs. Breakfast was continental and lovely. The room was clean and perfect for the night.

A charming hotel dating from the 19th century like there are still a few in Cannes, a warm welcome, a confortable bed, cosy room, clean, very central, secured, with plenty of free parking on the street at night and public parking space nearby.

My room on the first floor facing the speed line and the back of the train station was super noisy with windows closed. A kettle would have been nice.

Aurelien at the front desk was so welcoming, like family. Very helpful in every way, from giving tips about Cannes to troubleshooting as needed. The rest of the staff was also very welcoming! Our selected room was spacious, and the bed was comfy. The rooms have a touch of luxury and lots of attention to detail, including Edison light bulbs. The location is perfect, close enough to all the action, but far away enough from the noise and the expensive hotels on Croisette. If we were to come to this destination again, we would definitely stay here.

We would have preferred a room on the upper floors, but I believe those might be more expensive, and we didn't pony up.
