I’ve stayed here before in Fort William and I love the location. It’s close to the high street and some great shops and the exceptional Highland Cinema, an independent cinema. The staff were amazing in terms of giving me some suggestions for highlights to see in the area — these included scenic Glencoe, and Glenfinnan where some famous Harry Potter scenes were filmed. Historically, Bonnie Prince Charlie landed at that Cove.
Well, the bedroom is separated from the showers and toilet and you have to cross the hallway. It’s a little inconvenient.

The room was fine and the shower and toilet, too, though the bathroom is across the hall from the room. The staff were always helpful and available 24 hours. The hotel is right downtown, so I could easily walk into town and enjoy its restaurants and the excellent Highland Independent Cinema which I must recommend for its food and drink and of course its offerings, from popular films to newly released independent shows. I caught "Outrun" there, a fine independent film set in Scotland, so very appropriate for my visit here.
Well, it was tricky to manouevre my car into the parking lot under the building!

Good location bang in the town, I'd say ideal if you're between 18-40 and in for a 1-2 night stay. Friendly , welcoming desk staff with no fuss. The en suite room provided a comfy mattress and nice big towels.
The room's heater was a bit dusty inside and a few shower tiles could do with some grout, but otherwise immaculate. No food is available save for some biscoff to go with your tea/coffee. However there is The Stables next door. Perhaps offer some light bites in the rooms or even some packs of Borders Biscuits?

Staff offered information on parking and where to park the car for free. They have also helped provide "extras" that weren't available in the room like a hairdryer. Also, the staff was very friendly!
The floorboards in the hallway were very squeaky. Although we tried to respect the quiet hours, we arrived a bit late and did a lot of moving around and it felt like we woke up the whole hotel because we were simply carrying stuff from the car or going out for a cigarette.

Great location - easy walk to food and shops in town and only a short drive to the base of Ben Nevis; easy check in process, friendly staff and great value for money
There’s nothing that I didn’t like. We stayed here for one night while visiting the area to hike Ben Nevis - Bank Street Lodge gave us all the basics that we needed for the night at a good price.

Really spacious room with super comfortable beds, just what we needed after a long hike. Close to the train station and shopping street where all the restaurants and pubs are.
Nothing really. Do note there aren't any real facilities in the lodge, such as a kitchen, dry room, lounge, etc. if you care about such thing. In that sense maybe the price could be a bit lower (but everywhere on the WHW route accomodation is expensive).

Room was simple but functional with all the needs accounted for. The bathroom for us was above expectation and a great asset for our comfort. In the middle of the night a bunch of very loud guests came in and we could hear all the steps in the hallway as they arrived - but they also seemed to stay up talking loudly and playing music. This was the only real downside of the accommodations.

After finishing the west highland way I wanted somewhere I could get a good nights sleep before a long journey home. I expected basic but got a really lovely little room, witj a great view, a great shower and a very comfy bed. Better than I expected
The ONLY thing I would say is that the room needed a chair, otherwise everything was perfect

Great stay. Excellent value for the price, excellent location, right in the center of the town. A parking lot is available onsite and a payment parking is located just in front of the lodge. The room is small but cozy and functional. Everything is very clean. Basic amenities like soap and body wash are present in the room. Reception 24h and staff is very helpful.

I loved how they paid attention to the little things: the towel heater (with towel on it) in the bathroom was already turned on when we arrived, there was coffee and tea set up on the bedside table table and the two mugs already had tea spoons in it, the kettle already had enough water for a cup in it,... It was so nice after a hard day walking, finishing the West Highland Way. The drying room worked really well too, so our wet clothes were dry in the morning (except for one pair of socks that was soaking wet when we hung it)
