It was easy to locate via taxi, central to a beach to the right of the hotel and 5 minute walk from the central main road of Vlora. Very comfortable beds, very clean and overall large size room with 2 double beds. Air con was worked perfect too with a large washroom. Reception staff were very friendly.

This isn’t a negative but it would be great if breakfast was available. Big set of stairs into the property can be difficult with lots of luggage in and out of the hotel.

Very friendly reception staff. They accommodated our room request perfectly. They listened carefully and recommended nice restaurants and boat tours. The rooms were nice and comfortable. The location is also great: it's near a bus stop that takes to Azar beach, and near the marina if you want to go in a boat tour. Just one note: let them know if you have heavy luggage so that someone can help, because you have to take ~30 stairs between the hotel entrance and reception.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Vlore, and it was a great experience. The location was excellent, the room was new and exceptionally clean, and the staff, especially Bruna, were incredibly kind and polite. What's more, the price I paid felt very reasonable for the level of service and quality provided. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Vlore!

Staff was superb. Cleanliness was excellent, very good value for money. The best hotel I’ve ever been to. It reminded me of Hotel Hilton in Athens. Though ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️hotel it in fact looks like ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️hotel. Whenever I visit Vlora city in future, I will always come to this hotel.

There was not a single thing that I didn’t like.

We had a perfect stay here, with top service included. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They have answered all our questions regarding the city and helped us as much as they can. The room was clean, comfortable, and just as the photos show - beautiful. A couple of minutes walk from the hotel to the beach and the other side to the city centre.

A really good luxe room for the price. A amazing bed and shower.

Be aware, on the map it looked like really close to the sea. But it wasn't a place you could swim or walk. So to the left, around 10 minute walk was the boulevard which was really nice and close by the center of the city. We walked to the right the first time and it was quite a walk to the beach.

Excellent modern hotel (opened 2018). It is only a single floor of rooms, so staff are very attentive and helpful. Location is good, right outside is excellent pastry shop, a small supermarket and a good cheap restaurant serving traditional Albanian dishes. It is about 5 min walk to the main street, but is a bit further away from the beaches. I stayed for a work conference and can hands down say Hotel Piazza was levels above in terms of quality and service than the conference hotel which was meant to be 5 star. Would definitely stay here again if visiting Vlore in future.

The only complaint was that the hot water took a long time to run warm and wasn't that hot (though shower facility itself was very nice). This may have been due to the low occupancy during my stay, meaning the water was standing in the pipes for longer and the pipes were cooling down. For most of the week I was the only guest so it is unlikely to be an issue during peak season. It was hot enough for shower but maybe slightly warmer would have been better for shaving.

Hotel was clean and close to everything and anything you would need. Meg was super helpful with making sure we had a nice stay. Hotel offered some English speaking channel on TV, which we didn’t get in our previous hotel in Tirana.

The bed was extremely comfortable. Room was clean and bathroom as well. Location is fine, little weird with the shops and places around of us.

Havent seen that many personell. Woman at the desk was very nice, but did not understand everything clearly.

The decoration and luxury hall. Private closed garage was offered. The furniture and decoration are very fancy. It is very well acoustic isolated.

There is no lifter for heavy luggage from the street to the reception. However the staff help to carry it if necesary No breakfast avaliable, however there is a great bakery on the next building. Highly reccomended to have breakfast there. Rooms are not very big.
