Spacious, clean and modern decorated hotel. Our room and especially the bathroom was very clean, mattress and pillows very comfortable, good lightning and high speed internet. Good variety in breakfast, very helpful and polite staff. Restaurant and large, secure, well lit parking within the hotel premises. Back garden with furniture to relax any time of the day. Everyday cleaning of the room and fresh towels. Bus station for Modena city center and railway station within 5 min walking distance. Supermarket and McDonalds very close to the hotel. The hotel is also very close to autostrada.

Personal preference for a bigger minibar (big bottle of water couldn't stand).

Room: Clean, many hangers for clothes, mirrors, good pillows, big TV Good gym Easy check-in and check-out Big parking lot I felt safe.

Room: The hairdryer is of very poor quality. Better not to have such a bad hairdryer in the room, and have good ones available at reception. It overheated and turned off every 90 secs, and I had to wait 2-3 minutes for it to work again. It took me over 30 mins to dry my hair (usually takes 5 minutes) and I was late for my meeting. Breakfast: some of the food did not look fresh. The fruit salad tasted like water, the eggs were not appetising (both the scrambled and the fried looked gummy), the cold cuts were dry and turning up at the edges, the bread rolls looked and felt stale. But the big loaves of bread were good! And there was a good choice of yoghurts. I did not try the pastries but they looked good too. Service was with a smile!

I was very pleasantly surprised upon arrival. The hotel makes a bright and inviting impression as you enter, and this feeling continued all the way to the room. The staff was very friendly, spoke excellent English, and explained everything perfectly. The hotel is in a very quiet location, and I had a great night's sleep in my bed. The breakfast left nothing to be desired. With such a breakfast, you can start the day perfectly. All I can say is thumbs up—keep up the great work!

I recently stayed one night at RMH Modena Des Arts during a business trip to Modena, and it was a great experience. The hotel was modern, clean, and very comfortable. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, providing a perfect night’s rest after a long day. Breakfast was an highlight: a delicious and varied selection that set me up perfectly for the day ahead. Overall, RMH Modena Des Arts was an excellent choice for a business stay, and I would definitely return.

Good sized modern room. Very comfortable large bed. Quiet, good soundproofing. Great air conditioning. Kettle & coffee/ tea in room. Not a great choice & no milk provided. On site parking ( there were security barriers but they were not being used - would have liked the additional security). Dogs welcome. Lovely restaurant terrace overlooking the garden. Quirky bar area. Reasonable choice of wines. Good breakfast choices. Very convenient location close to the motorway if you are travelling. We did not try the spa/ mini gym so cannot comment on that.

Although advertising fast WiFi we found it very poor, both in our room & in the restaurant - could not even open the online menu, had to use the waiters phone screen! Waiters were pleasant & helpful but the food was not very good. One starter had to be sent back as it was cold, the fish main was dry & overcooked. Disappointed by single use plastics in the room - plastic cups & single use toiletries. Glasses would be environmentally friendlier , & nicer to use if you were to use drinks from the minibar. Other hotel chains we use have policies to avoid single use plastic. Mercure hotels also provide free water fountains on each floor & a refillable water bottle in the room

Only very small details: - slightly worn bathroom faucet (not significant, but replacement would improve the look) -small imperfections near the sink (scratches, water stains – probably due to material)

I stayed one night in Modena for a business trip and had a very pleasant experience. The room was clean and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed that made for a good night’s sleep. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made check-in and check-out smooth and efficient. A quick word about the breakfast: simple but fresh, with a nice selection to start the day right. Would gladly stay again for future trips.

Excellent staff from reception, to bar staff to restaurant staff…. It’s also easy access to other local cities and has a train station nearby. My friends took locally booked taxi to get to town (Modena) one night when I didn’t want to drive. Was cheap and quick from the hotel! I love the fact the hotel is in a quiet and safe location - no road noise in room with blackout curtains which is great. Nearly like a 4* international hotel! Amazing value.

the staff were excellent and the chef and kitchen catered to our very special dietry requirements, cooking everything freshly without fuss! the chef himself made a point to meet us and go over the meals very carefully. The rest of the staff were just as thorough and caring. many many thanks!
