Giuseppe and Petr were so helpful (offering tips and recommendations) and caring (My wife had a cold while visiting Prague and Giuseppe helped her make a cup of tea late one afternoon and Petr directed her to the pharmacy. The breakfasts were delicious, beds super-comfy and all of the staff were friendly. Location couldn’t be better. Highly recommend.

We recently stayed at the Three Storks Hotel in Prague for three nights and had a wonderful experience. The hotel’s location is excellent, putting iconic sights like Charles Bridge, Old Town, the Astronomical Clock, and Prague Castle all within easy walking distance. With metro and tram stops nearby, getting around was incredibly convenient, and there are plenty of great restaurants in the area as well. The hotel itself is spotless, with a warm, fully equipped room that provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed the continental breakfast each morning, which offered a nice variety and was the perfect start to our days exploring the city. The staff at Three Storks truly stood out—they were friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to make our stay memorable. Overall, we highly recommend the Three Storks Hotel for anyone visiting Prague!

Beautiful historic building that is situated on a quiet square among the Embassies of several different countries. Super clean and with stunning fixtures and fittings plus a lift to all floors. Our spacious bedroom had a walk in wardrobe and the spotlessly clean bathroom had a very powerful walk in shower. Mattress was a dream and breakfast included a great range of fresh fruit and delicious pastries and cake. Within very easy walking distance of both Charles Bridge and the castle and close to a great range of bars, shops and restaurants. We've (couple in our 60s) been to Prague several times and this is our favourite area to stay in and this hotel would definitely be our number one choice for accommodation.

We loved it all and liked that our bedroom overlooked the road but if you want a quieter room ask for one that overlooks the square.

The location was central to everything and an easy walk to anywhere in that area. The hotel’s cleanliness was on another level. The room had all the amenities! Helena was so helpful and pleasant. She was proactive with local information. She had reviewed our intake info and knew we were celebrating a milestone birthday and readily offered restaurants that would meet or exceed our expectations. She quickly and efficiently looked after all our needs and booked everything on our behalf. I can’t say enough good things about her! She made our stay that much more pleasant.

There isn’t anything not to like.

The staff was very nice and accomodating. Any request or help was given, resulting in a pleasant stay. Convenient location, close to trams and metro. Decent upkeep. Our rooms were very spacious and comfortable, but in one of the rooms had to keep curtains closed for privacy (one window was facing the glass elevator, another was facing a residential building).

The breakfast choice was very dull, barely any variety, but still good quality. One room had a broken showerhead holder, and the faucets leaked, which was unfortunate. No interesting views from the windows, and no place to sit outside anywhere near the hotel (mainly an inconvenience for smokers). Layout is not very convenient for luggage or disabled people (narrow entrance, many steps before and after elevators).

This hotel is quite nice, clean and perfectly normal in every way. The best thing about it is probably the location, as it is right in the old town and just a few minute walk to Charles Bridge and the Prague castle. The rooms were small, but comfortable and modern with good Wi-Fi connections as well. The breakfast also was fresh and with a good variety.

Although listed as a five star hotel, I would rather rank it as a good four star. It isn’t that big and didn’t have the feel of a hotel with extra amenities. But location and price for value were top notch.

Location is great on the palace side of the river (so quieter than on the other side of the river) and getting too and from the airport doesn't mean a trip through/around Prague centre. Lovely sized room (22) but the others we saw in passing looked a very good size too, nice and clean and modern but retaining character in the whole building.

We usually came down for breakfast less than 30 minutes before it stopped ay 10am. No rush, the staff just let you get on with your thing but the fresh fruit and hot food was limited very slightly (not a big deal)

Excellent location, in the Lesser Town, close to the parliament and embassies. In 5-10 minutes of walking you can reach the castle, the Charles Bridge or the Old Town. The room was big, with a large shower, and the bed was very comfortable. You need to ask for a parking permit in advance, as they have a limited amount of spaces. The breakfast was very good, with lots of stuff to choose from, both hot and cold. The staff speaks English and German (probably other languages as well, these are the ones I heard) and are very helpful. You can sign up for city tours and boat tours at the front desk and they will pick you up from the hotel.

The room we had overlooked the former interior court of the building, which now has the elevator. So, there wasn't much of a view and we kept the curtains all the time. Most likely other rooms have better views (from some you can probably see part of the castle).

Superb location - search no more if you want to stay in a safe and quiet place close to metro and many-many main attractions. Very friendly staff (greetings to Petr). The breakfast was also way better than we expected with good quality dishes and most of all fresh fruit daily. We were very happy with our stay and we can recommend this hotel to everyone visiting Prague.

Our superior room (might be all of them) had windows facing the courtyard which wouldn't be a problem if the courtyard did not have the rooftop closed. Unfortunately this way the room has access to fresh air only via AC.

We loved everything from the warm welcome from Giuseppe, the whole place is decorated well and spotlessly clean. Our room was huge! The staff were all very friendly and the buffet breakfast had a very good selection of both hot and cold foods. Whilst it lies across the river from the main Old Town, it's a very pleasant and peaceful area very close to the castle and easily walkable/commutable to various sights. The Charles Bridge is just 10-15 minutes walk, Metro A line is about 10 minutes walking, several tram stops close by. We recommend visiting the gardens behind the Czech Parliamentary Senate which is just nextdoor to the hotel.

We could hear the room above moving around but it was very minor.
