The location was perfect, in the old city center, in a quiet street, with a view on the lake. Worth to mention that during the peak season there are barricades and therefore your taxi won't be able to make it up to the hotel. we opted to walk from the drop point (Chandpol parking) and it was a 5 minutes walk. The staff was very nice and the hotel helped us arrange our drive back to the airport.

We stayed there for a quiet dinner on December 31st, but one of their cooks was off and therefore half of the menu was not available. We would have loved to be advised of that when we mention having dinner there ont hat evening.

Breakfast was great, having it at the rooftop with lake pichola views was amazing. The area was great for sightseeing and the room / toilet was very clean upon arrival. Room was spacious. In general it was a very comfortable stay and we really liked staying here.

Personal opinion but the bed was "too firm"/hard. The second bed on the room was too narrow and no blanket was provided (we simply skipped it and decided to not use it so we didn't ask). We only had hot water on the first day later on it was cold showers. room is a little outdated but comfortable.

The staff proved to be very kind. They made us choose between three lake view rooms, we chose a spectacular one at the same price. Highly recommended for couples looking for romance but also for families. The location is the best of what you can have, in the center of the city and everything there is to see reachable on foot. The rooftop is directly on the lake with a beautiful view. In general, cleaning is good and the service efficient.

The only negative is not to pay with credit card and better more hot water for shower.

The best part about this hotel was view from rooftop restaurant. The mesmerising view of lake pichola and sunset while having coffee. It was best. Room were also very clean with proper room service. I also saw their lake view rooms. The view from the room was next level. The manager and staff were so cooperative. I must very helping nature. Being a girl it was my first solo trip, so it was very safe. Food was so delicious I would rate 100/100. All the tourist places are also very near like walking distance of 2-3 minutes. In night I enjoyed Bagore ki Haveli dance show which was 10 metre away from hotel the tiger and later at Gangaur ghat. Both places were 1 minute away from the hotel. It was amazing experience with Hotel The Tiger. The best hotel for its view, service and food. Everything for me was 100/100.

Perfect location in the heart of the city. The view from the rooftop exceptional, you could not wish for better location. Clean and comfortable bed, we had the best night’s sleep on our travels in India. Very good value for money.

We were missing a wardrobe or some hangers to put the clothes.

The location was awesome and fun to stay at. All the location were nearby. The people working at the hotel were good and accommodated to every need. Would love to try the lake view room next time. I would definitely recommend this hotel. The interior of the hotel were really beautiful

Very nice place, good position and staff, the room was clean and big, the bed confortable and the position was perfect, in the heart of old town but far from noise. Good choice of breakfast. Very special thanks to the hotel's manager who called and waited for us in the middle of the night, We were on late due to a bus stike and he was very kind to made us relaxed

Really good stay, amazing location and value. Can't go wrong for the price we paid! Rooftop was great. Staff don't speak a lot of English but are helpful enough. Overall, this is a good place and the best value hotel I've ever stayed at. I recommend.

Great located hotel with very nice rooms. The staff its very helpful. Really nice breakfast. Its in the most touristic area of Udaipur, all the most interesting places are just few minutes walking.

We weren’t told we needed to ask for hot water, so just thought it wasn’t working - and so had cold showers, plumbing needed fixing as it dripped constantly. Could do with an extra pillow but one seems standard in many places.
