Very nice atmosphere in this Locanda. The staff is lovely and you can have breakfast and meals "à la carte" if you wish to eat on site (and on the terrace, depending on the weather). The cheese is delicious, don't miss it. The room I had was spacious and I found the bed comfortable. Bathroom is basic but clean and functional. Easy parking and the lovely city Volterra is 10 min away by car. An hour on foot if you take the pathway just next to the hotel. To conclude, I recommend it and I'll definitely go back there if I visit again the region.

As the house is old, the room was a bit chilly at this season. But it didn't discourage me to book one more night

This was a wonderful stay in a beautiful & spacious room! Sara made us feel very welcome and I loved that the property had such a warm, charming & inviting feeling. We chose this lovely accommodation based on its proximity to Volterra & the Andrea Bocelli concert. We were a quick & easy drive away from both which made this the perfect location for us! Our room was equipped with excellent airconditioning and we slept very well. The Wi-fi was also very good and worked perfectly! We absolutely loved this stay and hope to return again! Thank you for hosting us and making our stay so comfortable.

Staff were very welcoming, they made everything easy. Also gave good info about visiting Volterra. Room was very clean, WiFi was good.

Friendly Miguel met us & assisted with our luggage. nice large room & nice large bathroom. We went outside to have a beverage & Miguel gave us a large bag of snacks (complimentary). the restaurant was serving pizza that night: large pizzas & many choices. Would recommend!

Staff were so helpful and friendly. Quiet area with lots of walks around. Very welcoming to our two dogs.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff is exsepionally nice and helpful. The location was great for a star trip in Toscany and just about 5 min drive to volterra. Also great landscape if you wish to walk around the property.

Essential to have a car to drive the 10 minutes to Volterra where the car park is €2 per hour.
