Rating: 5/5 Review Title: A Divine Experience in Tirupati! I had the most wonderful stay at Marasa Sarovar Premiere during my recent pilgrimage to Tirupati. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm hospitality, peaceful ambiance, and tasteful decor that beautifully blends modern luxury with spiritual themes inspired by Indian mythology. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-appointed with all modern amenities. I especially loved the view from my window, which added to the serene experience. The staff was exceptionally courteous and always ready to assist with a smile. Their attention to detail made me feel truly cared for. The restaurant offers a delightful variety of both South Indian and international cuisines, with excellent quality and hygiene. I also appreciated the early breakfast option, which is perfect for those heading to the temple early in the morning. What makes this hotel truly special is its calm and spiritual atmosphere—perfect for a restful stay before or after darshan. The location is ideal, not too far from the temple but away from the city’s hustle. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tirupati—be it for a spiritual journey or a peaceful getaway. It truly lives up to its name as a divine retreat!

The property was in a beautiful location. The overall theme and vibe of the resort were excellent. It had everything a resort should offer. The food and the service by the staff were just above par. A few names stood out for their exceptional service: Balaji and Pavani from Krishna Hotel, Raju from Somasura, Jhansi and another kind lady from the Spa, and Pritam from Lotus Café. I’m surely coming back next time I visit Tirupati.

Everything was great, except for one thing — there was no balcony and the windows were sealed shut. I really wished they could open, just to take in the fresh breeze, hear the sounds of nature, and enjoy the stunning view more fully.

food quality at dinner was good at Krishna restaurant, but again at lunch time the next day at Krishna restaurant was poor, we did mention to the restaurant manager he too acknowledge it

Check-in staff tried to scam us saying that the room rate quoted was only for single occupancy, but while booking we had done for ( 2 rooms) triple occupancy and double occupancy, suggested booking.com to see my booking and properly mention it on the app after the booking. After we insisted that we had paid for double and triple occupancy did they allot the room, please ensure it is corrected on the booking.com app

I gave tip to the staff after luggage delivery. Surprisingly he refused to take it and said, we are professionals. I like their attitude. Then I order food for lunch for us and milk for baby. When the bill came, milk charge was not added and I inform them about it. But they said, milk is free. We went to tirumala early in the morning and we had to checkout at 12.00 in the noon. But we couldn’t arrive on time due to the que and walk for the mobile phone counter and then to take Chappels. So we got to the hotel around 1.40pm only. They had called us in between and informed us about the checkout. Even we delayed , they didn’t add any late checkout fees. Overall the stay was hassle free. Staffs were sensible and professionals. We believe hotel management trained their staffs really well. Overall they keep a good standard of communication

We had an excellent stay overall, with clean rooms and top-notch housekeeping that deserves a 5-star rating.

However, our experience at the restaurant, particularly during the breakfast buffet, fell short. The restaurant seemed understaffed, leading to issues like tables not being cleaned, a lack of fresh utensils, and glasses not available. Unfortunately, the spoons on the table appeared to have been used by previous guests, and no thorough inspection seemed to be done before seating new diners. This lack of attention to detail was surprising, especially since the restaurant wasn’t even crowded.

Location was good.. Service was good. Cleaniness good but drain in bathroom was stuck Abit.

Breakfast was simple.. expected more varieties especially for children menu.. Some receptionist was not cooperative.. on first day check in I did mentioned that I has 2 days separate booking.. she nodded but didn't look at me.. told me to wait.. after more than 5 mins standing she telling me that my reservation on different days. Hope can hear to customer request.. I lost my shawl there which is sentimental important to me.. hope the management able to find the shawl..

The ambience is amazing, 24/7 room service, the restaurants are beautifully located within the premises, there's pool, spa and gym access. Manasa one of the wait staff at the Lotus was absolute picture of hospitality - she was there both nights when I showed up for dinner quite late and was absolutely attentive and pleasant.

When I requested to loan towels for a day to return the same evening and I was not checking out at the time, the amount of explanation it needed felt a little petty for such a large establishment. I understand everyone is doing their job and I will encourage if you have any special requests, inform the staff. They will try their best to accommodate them - that is for sure so it's still a complement to the team!

The restaurant is built on an island in the midst of an artificial lake. This setting looks charming. Breakfast buffet was excellent with a wide choice of items.

We were in a slight hurry to load everything into the car during check-out. I left something behind at the main door. (A wooden handicraft doll purchased from the local handicraft shop). The hotel DID call me to inform me that I had forgotten something on the steps. But by then three hours had passed and we were too far away to turn around.

Compared to similarly priced options in Tirupathi, this one has the vibe of star hotel. Breakfast was ok. Parking was good. This was our 2nd stay at this hotel. Got discount at Krishna restaurant; food was ok there.

Wallpapers in the room started to peel off. Shower head can be better. Quality of towels, bedsheets and pillows must significantly improve.

Property is very nice. Room is spacious. It's clean Restaurants are very good and staffs in restaurants are very nice Food is also very good. My kids enjoyed the food

Main problem for us is that, we came back to room at night after dharshan with full tired, but the key did not work. Although the nearby staffs took immediate steps to get us the inside the room through master key, but we had our kid sleeping on our shoulder and 1 more kid is very sleepy and we were waiting outside the room just because the key got inactivated, is something which we cannot bare at that time. 2nd main problem is, in many places they have written penalties. Example: 1. If you check out from 11:00 AM to 15:00 PM(I think), you may have to pay half the room rent. 2. And if you wipe your sinthoor or Kumkum using the towel and if it cannot be washed, they have written inside the room that fine will be charged. Overall I strongly this property.
