The room was clean and comfortable, we received a very warm and friendly welcome, and the food at breakfast was good. It was nice that even though we arrived quite late, after 9.30pm, we were able to go to the bar for a drink to wind down, and the staff kept the bar open for us a bit longer so that we didn't have to rush.

The radio was turned up really loud in the breakfast room and I had been hoping for a bit of quiet time over breakfast as we had a funeral to go to, and I was feeling a bit emotional - but I ended up with a headache, which was a shame. Other than that everything was great.

The rooms were very comfortable with large comfortable bed. Good arrangement of tea/coffee and snacks in room. Good spread at breakfast. Staff extremely helpful, and couldn’t do enough for you. The hotel seemed to cater for lots of things and so glad they had supplies you could buy. Lovely flower arrangements outside, which made it a pretty entrance. Good value for money.

One of the rooms smelt of smoke but the hotel accommodated a room switch. Some rooms had undergone a refurbishment whilst others hadn’t. Bathrooms a little dated but adequate. Some of the towels had marks but had we asked the hotel would have swopped I’m sure.

We liked our rooms they where large with everything you expect even a hairdryer, we also had a lovely armchair. Everything was very clean the bathroom was very nice with soft towels and a shower. The Breakfast was superb with everything anyone could want served with a goodmorning and to help ourselves with cooked food ,cereal, fruits, yogurts, toast Tea, coffee juices. We had our meal there on Thursday evening and the choice was superb once again served with smiles everyone was so friendly and helpful. We would recommend Cornmill Lodge Hotel to everyone there is plenty of parking places and you are looked after and made to feel so welcome. So thank you to everyone who made our visit so special,

There was ABSOLUTELY nothing that we didn't like.

The building and the staff are lovely, The room was clean and the bed comfortable. It was nice to have a good selection of refreshments in the room (some hotels only leave out 2 sachets of each thing). I don't usually eat breakfast but I did have a small one of cereal & croissant, the cooked breakfasts I saw at other tables looked very good and the other guests were certainly enjoying it.

Not a huge problem by any stretch because it was clean but the shower cubicle is looking a little worse for wear around the seals on the base and glass and the loo roll holder was very loose. I would say these are the only things to let it down.

The location was good. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially getting a call a few days prior to the check in date to confirm details to make the check in process smoother. We had a family room which was very big. 2 twin beds, a double bed, a sofa where you could sit and watch TV. Walk in dressing room

A couple of the rooms we were allocated had a sloping roof so it wasn't possible to stand up.straight in all areas of the room. The shower being over the bath if you have mobility issues it could be a problem unsure if all the rooms are the same.

I had planned to stay in Harrogate but the hotel prices were sky high so I searched further afield and came across this little gem. The loveliest little hotel with free parking (unusual these days) and so dog friendly. The team are absolutely wonderful, so very friendly. Breakfast was superb with fresh coffee not out of a machine. I just wanted a little break to relax so didn't do much but this was the perfect place for that.

The location is ideal when visiting our family. We have stayed at Corn Lodge on numerous occasions and have always been pleased with the welcome, the room, comfort and quietness.

I find the baths to be quite high when getting in and out to use the shower and there's nothing to hold onto. I also struggle to turn the shower on, as it's quite stiff and a little outdated. Complimentary breakfast is ok, but the addition of fresh fruit would be a plus and vege sausages!

A great location with a bus stop right outside the hotel and with a regular bus service into Leeds city centre. Plenty of free car parking spaces and the rooms are more than adequate. We were not disappointed with the breakfast and the evening food was good. The bar price for drinks was reasonable. It was our second visit to the Corn Mill Lodge Hotel and it will not get overlooked the next visit we make to Leeds.

You’re made to feel so welcome. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. Has a very family feel. It was Christmas while we were there, and although the bar wasn’t open. We had a fantastic relaxing time. The breakfast is great, plenty of choice. We have stayed before in the past, but first Christmas. Will definitely be back again some time this year

Can honestly say, there was nothing we didn’t like.

The hotel grounds are lovely, room very clean and comfortable with excellent facilities, cannot fault it Breakfast included was excellent too

In addition to the above, what I liked is the staff. All staff were very friendly and attentive. My husband and I stayed so we could visit our daughter who is at a uni in Leeds, and although our breakfast was included, they had no problem with our daughter joining us in the morning Also for me, they all welcomed my dog 😊
