Gazi Konagi has private parking lot, stuff are very kind and helpful. The room was beautiful, great breakfast and balcony with wonderful view.

The location is perfect: at the end of main street of old town. It has a closely guarded private parking lot. The facilities are quite atmospheric. You can drink tea at the terrace and watch the sunset and the night science of the city. When I return to Mardin, I will stay here again.

Beautiful comfortable rooms. Lovely layout of hotel with wontons stone corridors. Plenty of nooks for privacy. Good breakfast. Rıght next to the Main Street.

Inexplicable Turkish bath bowl situated just under the shower and lack of shower surround. Breakfast room a little stuffy- on the terrace would have been preferable

Location is the best and most convenient, rooms are very unique and staff is very friendly.

Shower, it is Mardinian style, but if they just add separation it would be perfect.

Internet is terrible, and it makes no sense considering that the café nearby has a superfast Wi-Fi. Breakfast can be improved, not everyone at the reception speak English.

The room and the bed were very big and comfortable and we enjoyed the mandi in the bathroom. We especially enjoyed the great service provided by the staff and would like to mention Sedat, Emrah and Kafro who saw to our every need, with a smile and a sense of humour. Should also mention the very convenient parking space provided (which is a premium in Mardin) whilst also being next door to one of the best shops in town, namely Artuklu Halil Amca (great for soap, nuts, honey, coffee etc etc).

Very beautiful hotel with wonderful rooms and location including the terrace with a magnificent view. Own parking spot and staff that will help you with anything. The rooms are spacious and in 2 types: beautiful historical look (stone house) and modern look. The main street of historical Mardin and the historical sites are on walking distance.

The next morning the airconditioning was not working.

parking! its a huge plus! breakfast was ample of choices/ beautiful view on the terrace!

more detail, bathroom fittings ( seems really easy to get broken/ falling off) more effort for the decor of rooms and bathroom would be nice.

They change our room with a better and nicer room. Good breakfast. Generous parking space. Big room. I recommend this konagi.
