The rooms are spacious and very comfortable, with lots of amenities. The TVs are old and lack HDMI connectors, which was a bit of a problem for presentations I had scheduled but not a show stopper. The location is fantastic - a few meters from Sukhumvit, but in a quieter area. Both hotel buildings have great ambiance. There's a 7-Eleven within a short walk, and some of the best restaurants with views within a 10-min walk radius (Belga atop the Sofitel and Above Eleven on Soi 11). Access to Terminal 21 and to the BTS metro system via the sky way. I will probably make Night Hotel my new base of operations when visiting Bangkok. Great experience.

The breakfast wasn't worth it. Go to one of the many places within walking distance. Mediocre selection, preparation was OKi. Good if you're in a hurry AND hungry.

The room had a distinct disinfectant smell. Also, since my flight was not leaving until late the day of my check-out, I opted to keep the room another night in order to keep my luggage secure and take a shower before my flight as I had time to sightsee more of the city before I needed to got to the airport. I later found out I could have purchased a 6pm checkout. This was never mentioned by the desk clerk when I was discussing extending my stay. When I later asked if I could take the late checkout instead of paying a full day room charge I was told the transaction was already done and there could be no refund. It would have been helpful to know the late checkout option was available when checking in.

new and modern - suite was spacious (gold suite with sofa and dining area) and wifi was pretty good (47mbps) compared to many hotels in Bangkok no reliability problems as I had video conference calls all week. Staff were super friendly. Air con and bathroom all excellent always hot water with waterfall shower, nice big towels. Really great location in a quiet side street off the main road very close to Terminal21 and BTS/MTR

some small issues only:- 1. no utensils, glasses, plates, cutlery no microwave, etc. just 2 small coffee cups although there are plenty of food options outside, and one small bottle of water a day is a bit mean. Rather wasted the dining area even for take aways. 2. sorry the bed was very hard much too hard for me even though I booked here because many reviews said the beds were super comfy which was a clincher for me as I have a back problem 3. TV is located away from the sofa so you can't actually sit/lay on the sofa and watch TV and a poor choice of channels no netflix, youtube available or streaming options from my tablet

The Coran Spa Boutique. Although services we exceptional, there is poor privacy guidelines. During my private massage, other people were in the room. This was however denied by the staff after my massage. I also had money go missing from my wallet during my massage and the Spa took no responsibility of the loss of cash from my wallet and could not come up with an explanation. Instead, they blamed it on poor memory or that I was coming up with lies.

Night Hotel is in a nice neighborhood and conveniently located next to various restaurants and shopping centers, including Terminal 21 mall (which the hotel offers free tuk-tuk service to), Above Eleven rooftop bar, and a very cute cat cafe. The hotel itself is quaint and clean, and staff are pleasant. The continental breakfast included with my room was varied and delicious. I visited the pool twice, and while it was a bit crowded during the day, it was quiet and chill at night. Their spa service is nice, and I also reserved their business conference room one time for a brief video call, which was well lit and clean.

The bathroom door in my room was a sliding door that didn't entirely seal the doorway and muffle sound; I'm not sure if this is a standard door design in Bangkok, but it was the one thing about the experience that was less than ideal.

One of the highlights of my stay was the invigorating shower with excellent water pressure. The staffs were very helpful and pleasant at all times. The other most convenient aspects of the hotel was the on-demand transportation to and from Terminal 21 everyday 8am-8pm. This service made getting around the city a breeze, and it added an extra layer of convenience to my stay. It’s those small touches that can really make a difference, and we certainly appreciated it. Speaking of convenience, the hotel’s proximity to both the MRT and BTS stations, just 7 minutes away (by foot). Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable! We can’t wait to return on my next trip.

The soft pillows were not to my liking, and I found them less supportive than I prefer. While this may be a personal preference, it’s worth noting for those who prioritize pillow comfort. Additionally, there was a faint musky smell in the room when we walked in. Although the smell wasn’t overpowering or pungent, it did catch my attention. It’s possible this is a minor maintenance concern that the hotel might want to address. Despite these small drawbacks, my overall stay was still enjoyable. The positive aspects far outweighed the minor issues, and I left with a generally positive impression.

Hotel is not new but very well maintained. Full of every amenities you can think of and refilled daily. Super nice staff, from restaurant to security, front desk and housekeeping. Excellent breakfast.

i know it was a very scary time for everybody but during the earthquake aftermath i was missing some information the first hours. About what exactly happend and what were the actions from the hotel staff. i had some cloths and no shoes while i was waiting. They do provided water for the guest while waiting outside. Staff was very understanding and helpfull after everything was settled and went back to normal.

The best thing about this hotel are the staff. They are truly really good. It was clean and the breakfast was ok, just like in any other Thai hotel.

It’s like a soccer stadium dorm that’s sprayed some fancy aroma in the hallways. I don’t really get how this hotel can have such high scores apart from the staff being so nice. The problem with this hotel is its building. The ceiling is low, you can reach out with your hand and touch it. There is actually a door in the room to the neighbors’ room through which you can hear what they are doing and saying. The shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom are attached to a steel rack or something like in a roadside public bathroom lol All I’m saying is I paid about a $100 with a bunch of discounts for this room and I think it’s a bit high. If I paid the original $200 and got this, I would think it’s a scam. But it is clean and the staff are really nice once again.

This hotel is absolutely amazing, I loved my 7 day stay there. It is very close walking distance to the nearest public transport 5 min, which is also a major shopping mall called terminal 21, the streets are full with masage paolors, restaurants amd 711stores . The hotel provides a tuktuk service, which I used once. The pool on the top floor is fabulous, very welcoming, towels and bed and umbrellas are provided, they have a great bar and restaurant there as well. The breakfast had so many options to choose from, and the staff were super attentive. The beds are so cosy and soft, and the rooms are beautiful. I truly felt comfortable the minute I walked in. This hotel is 10/10. I will definitely stay there again.

Breakfast with eggs the way you like them; an abundance of all other types of foods; i.e., veggies, breads, fruits, liquids. Staff was very nice and helpful. They even gave me a food basket due to a mistake in their directions to pick me up from the airport, which I thought was a good gesture. The rooms are spacious.

I wasn't overly enamored with the construction going on at the hotel as it was a bit disruptive during the day with the constant banging and drilling. While I was, in fact, out most of the day, when I would return to rest I was unable to due to the noise. I'm sure it's temporary in nature but it affected the overall quality of my stay.
