The facilities are great and match the pictures: big hotel, spacious rooms with big balconies, clean, very nice lounge area, plenty of space out, big swimming pools, access to the beach. The location is very good with a parking closeby and access to the sea & promenade, the city amenities can be reached by walking. Costa Teguise is also a great spot to explore Lanzarote from, with both the beach but not as touristy as the south, and the airport closeby.

It's one of these big resorts. The place is full of British & German tourists putting their towels down at 8am on a lounge chair to ensure they can spend the entire day at the pool, sipping the drinks they got with their all inclusive deal. The food is always buffet with mixed quality, although good variety. But you MUST have fun AT ALL TIMES, which means music blasting at the pool and in the lounge most often then not, making it hard to relax. There are activities every night, meaning also music & noise until late. If this is your vibe, you'll love this place!

Great view directly at ocean "lagoon" beach. Just one step from beach and sea. (4 beaches nearby) Not crowded hotel. Friendly hotel staff. Heated pool with salt water. Hotel area and the nearest beach is sheltered from strong winds, so you can enjoy vacation even in windy Lanzarote :) Great breakfasts and good dinners.

Sometimes smell of hot water in shower was unpleasant.

Great location on the sea front, in the centre of the resort, close to shops, bars and restaurants but not so close as to be noisy. Staff were mostly all very friendly and efficient. The room (Superior Double ) was light and airy and a good size. There was sufficient draws and cupboard space and sufficient coat hangers. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. The bathroom was spacious with a good shower. There was a magnifying mirror which with the good lighting was fine for doing obes make up. Breakfasts were great, a big selection which varied daily and of a good quality. The pool area was very clean and we never had a problem finding a sunbed. These were comfortable and easy to move. Very clean

We really didn't like having to wear a wrist band for the duration of our stay. Surely a four star hotel can find a better way to identify it's guests than this. It would have been good to have had a pool service rather than having to walk to the bar for drinks.

Nice room with excellent view. Fantastic staff. Really well run restaurant, excellent food cooked lots of selections of vegetables and very nicely cooked. no crowds at meal time, hotel never felted crowed even though it was full. Great location with beach next to hotel.

Wifi terrible/unusable. Gym terrible, mostly of outdated and broken of equipment. The one working treadmill would turn itself off once you went over 13kmph. Pool was cold. 15.40 euro to use the safe for the week was a bit cheeky. Had only one encounter with rude staff member in reception when I went to return my towels and settled my bill for the week, no biggie. Overall it is a well run hotel with lovely staff.

Overall a great stay, have stayed a few times and it is always fantastic and relaxing. Staff really try their best. I love the location of this hotel. The beach outside is the most perfect one on the island and being able to just walk out the gate and be there is fantastic.

The one area that lets the place down, and something which I think would be a simple fix, is for the food which is buffet - is to have better labelling on the food. For most of the time there items were incorrectly labelled or just no label at all. The room I had was also quite loud as it was above the bar/reception so when there was music past 11pm it was quite loud if you were wanting an early night sleep.

Very clean, great location and smooth check in process with majority of reception, housekeeping and restaurant staff all very helpful and friendly. Great selection of breakfast options . Location right on a beachfront and great access for swimming. Ple ty of sun loungers at the pool.

Disorganised on half board framework. Confusing and inconsistent t ways of operating. You cannot pay for anything and can only add to your room...sometimes getting a receipt sometimes not, sometimes signing sometimes not. Some of the bar staff are almost rude when you say half board. Lacks a pool bar or anywhere to get any form of lunch if not on All Inclusive. One very rude manager we dealt with who was disrespectful to an elderly relative.

Absolutely loved this hotel and would definitely stay again. Perfect location, direct access to a lovely beach. Heated 29c outdoor pool. Pool area with lots of seating areas to relax. Good variety of food every night. Excellent breakfast options. Rooms modern and spacious with beautiful sea view. Comfortable beds and great walk in shower. Had everything we needed in it. Close to shops and restaurants, all within a few minutes walk. Staff lovely and helpful when needed. Was there for a 70th birthday and the hotel provided a complimentary bottle of champagne in the room as a surprise. This was a lovely gesture.

Different entertainment was on every night which was great but rooms that were close to the bar and stage area could hear this. Was very loud most nights. Thankfully we booked 3 rooms on the 4th floor so not as noisy as the lower floors. 2 rooms were far enough away to not hear it too much but one of our rooms was abit noisy. It did not affect me too much but some may find it annoying when trying to sleep. So would recommend higher floors away from bar and stage.

Room as in the photos. Very nice view from my room that was clean and comfortable. Varied food for the most part. Evening entertainment. The hotel is very quiet due to its clientele and the lack of entertainment offered during the day (at least in January). One swimming pool is heated.

The receptionist neglected me a little when I arrived, otherwise the staff was friendly. The hotel is a little out of the way, few buses pass, if you have difficulty walking and want to explore a little, you’d better take a taxi or rent a car. Desserts in the evening are repetitive and please change the meat for the goulash soup. Not much "life" in the hotel, in January, it looked more like a Club Med for (very) seniors; I, personally, was a little bored because of that.

Location was excellent & very high standard of cleanliness. Staff extremely friendly & always on hand if required. Three pool one heated the middle one not & children’s pool. All inclusive large variety of food you’d struggle to go hungry & drinks available Amstel beer,Gordon’s gin actually most drink branded.

I wouldn’t quite say I didn’t like but I would like to suggest two things to the hotel that I believe would improve guest experience. 1. It’s extremely windy around the pool area & I know they can’t “control the wind”but I do feel if they removed the perimeter railings & replaced with glass it would greatly reduce the gust swirling around this area. On one day separately two sunbeds were blown into the children’s pool thankfully no kids in it. Also parasols were blown over multiple times so you could never truly relax as fear of being hit with some object. 2. Seating area on outside patio white table & chairs with leather cushions look very outdated & although cleaned daily just don’t look good. Investment in new more modern patio furniture would greatly enhance this area.
