Great location! The AC worked well. We loved our balcony. They provided beach towels, water and bath towels. Beach and bath towels were replaced daily along with room cleaning. We liked that due to the sand that gets everywhere. You also have a fridge in room which was nice for beverages! The pool was also nice to take a dip after sitting in the hot sun at the beach. Which is a 5min walk. Everything is so close! Restaurants. Beach. Coffee shops. Shopping.

Does have low water pressure.

This place was wonderful. It was far enough away from noisy nightlife, so easy to sleep also at earlier time, but still very close to the beach and everything else. It was clean and very well furnished. In fact, the design was really exquisite for that price. The bed was very comfortable. Shower, fridge, coffee machine, safe everything worked fine. I can certainly recommend „pool view“, because then you face the backyard, which is very beautiful. The partially sunny balcony was bright, but never hot. The staff was very helpful. Very much appreciated was also the freshwater which was available for the guest.

The only problem I encountered were the roosters around, who started yelling already in the middle of the night. But this might be more a San Pancho issue, as well as the Wi-Fi, which was often not available.

Staff was lovely, location was perfect - near to town but not noisy at all. We also appreciated our small little courtyard and perfect temperature little pool.

I can't really think of anything we didn't like. Maybe next time we will reserve in time to get a room with a balcony which would have been better but that was just because of a late reservation.

The place was quiet and the location excellent. Good room size, best bed of our whole vacation. Warm water with high pressure. Very nice cleaning staff with high quality cleaning.

We had a bit of humidity problems in the room. Nothing serious, but if you did not let air run through, it was a bit smelly. We had a room downstairs in the main entrance.

- pool area was relaxing with small kitchenette area to prepare foods from outside the hotel and refillable bottle water available - room #3 was large next to pool, I had to pay $10 USA more for room. - Wifi worked best in room , though weak Signal around pool area - management attended to all my Requests - location was good , about 10 mins walk To beach, many restaurants, shops, and vegetable shops, W/in 5-10 min walk - overall Accommodations was good.

- no TV - Housekeeping didn’t clean Shower and bathroom area Nearly ev. Day I had to ask for management for toiletries. , housekeeping mainly provide towels daily

Staff were lovely the whole time. They were always helpful and polite. Location is great and it's very clean.

I had some issues with the hot water and water pressure in my room for half my stay. However, I'd still return here any time and recommend it to anyone

Staff were great - location is conveniently located to the Beach but far enough away that's it's quiet. Staff were accommodating to our requests. Very nice to have the option to rent an umbrella/chairs & water on-site. Great stay overall!

Can smell the sewage in bathroom - We recommend the staff have a plug for the sink's to reduce the odour

Everything! This was a charming hotel, very clean and comfortable, with a nice pool, and even an outdoor community kitchen. The location is quiet and great. The beach and the main street with restaurants and shops are close by. I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends, and anyone who would enjoy a beautiful experience.

It was perfect for us. The staff was super friendly and held our bags until we could check in, and we were able to check in 2 hours early. The room was simple, but very clean and spacious. We were on the ground floor so it was cool but it did have a modern mini-split heating/cooling unit. We were one block from the Main Street and two blocks from the beach so perfect location. They have a small pool in the courtyard, but we opted to swim in the ocean instead. I would absolutely stay here again. San Pancho is a beautiful town and Casa de Giulio was perfect.

Can’t think of anything. Some people might want a balcony or view which we didn’t have, but we were only there one night and that didn’t matter to us.
