Staff went above and beyond in ensuring we have a wonderful stay. Very friendly service upon arrival and even set up beautiful towel art on the bed and a little cake for our anniversary. Room was very modern and clean, abit small but expected in Cebu. Location was a little out of the way, there was not much within walking distance but very easy to order a Grab at the front. Breakfast was good with a range of filipino and western dishes.

The aircon had a strange smell each time it was turned on, not sure why. Gym is very small with a not very wide range of equipment.

Breakfast was pretty much above average. My family enjoyed most of what is on the buffet selection. Of course the ladies staff at the resto who was always accommodating to our needs. Location was pretty close to the airport. The most that impress me was the front desk service, excellent one!! Special mention to Michael and of course the rest of the crew who was there to assist us. ( An incident happened after our check out and found out I forgot my double ring in the bathroom, to roll the story forward. Glad to get my ring back after calling the reception about the situation!!!) Two thumbs Up!!!

We chose the Marriott as it was the best hotel we could find that was also close to the airport. Our room was nice, very new, clean and fresh and the bed super comfortable. But we don't understand why there is no door to the toilet?? Even for a married couple it is weird to do your toilet business in a spot that is not closed off from the rest of the room. The breakfast buffet was very good for Philippine standards. And the staff kindly signed us up to their membership program so we instantly saved on our buffet dinner.

The area around the hotel is commercial/semi-industrial and there are no local restaurants nearby. But still good if you arrive late or have an early flight.

Staff were extremely friendly, professional and helpful. Got local recommendations of Michelin chef restaurant to go one of the evenings (The Pig and Palm) which did not disappoint. Facilities in the hotel were modern and immaculate. Pool area was lovely and general decor was really sleek. The food was amazing. We ate twice in the hotel as it was so yummy.

It is located on a busy main road with very little around but the luxurious nature of the hotel makes up for this.

Newly built hotel and very modern. The staff were very attentive and couldn’t do more to help you out. It was very clean with a very good breakfast buffet. They have a swimming pool at the roof which is also very nice. We ordered room service on our last day and the restaurant food is amazing! The shower was the best we had during our 2 weeks in Philippines. We miss this hotel and its team! I now know why the song goes ‘I love Cebu’.

The toilet was not a full separation from the room, there was sliding door type of installation of bathroom and bed area. The sliding door only reached to the bench area therefore not fully enclosed. We managed to get around this by always having the AC on! It didn’t retract from our amazing stay.

The team members in the reception, concierge and the restaurant always provide a genuine smile, calling me by name and all attentive to details. Special mention to Margheta in the restaurant who always provide a smile in the morning and very attentive service.

I love the modern decor and its newness. The room and how quiet it is as that street is very noisy with motorcycles and cars/trucks passing by in the middle of the night and revving up noisily. It’s a relief to find peace and quiet in your new hotel. The bed and linens look heavenly. Great staff team!

It would be nice if your breakfast time is offered earlier, at least by 6:00 a.m. for those who have earlier flights.

Lovely, comfortable and quiet room, spacious and clean with a very comfy bed. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The swimming pool was a nice place to relax in the evening. The location of the hotel is good, with just a short walk to restaurants and the main shopping streets. The breakfast was very good with a great choice of food and delicious hot chocolate! The hotel was just a short taxi ride to the airport which made for a nice start to a very long travel day!

We loved this hotel and the staff and quality food made a very memorable trip for us that we never forget. We will recommend this hotel and we will go there again for sure. The staff were amazing, kind and very polite that make you very comfortable. Thanks again to the management and wonderful staff.

We regret that we couldn't stay more

The staff were incredibly friendly, particularly when we made additional requests. We were tired when we reached the hotel and so it was incredibly convenient that they have a lovely restaurant on site. The restaurant caters for the international traveller, so it doesn't serve authentic Filipino food - if that's what you're looking for.
