The location was good since it's near D Mall and the restaurants. If you wanted to do activities, everything was accessible. What I didn't like was that the bars played LOUD music until 3am every night. The room seems to have sounproofed the sliding doors to the balcony so it was still peaceful inside if you wanted to sleep early. But I couldn't enjoy the balcony at night to listen to the waves because of the very loud music from the bars. Breakfast was ok. Plated. On my second day, I asked if I can replace some things as I don't eat rice. It was rudely refused. She could have said it nicely but it was a cold no. What a way to ruin someone's morning.
I found out that the restaurant downstairs had a different owner. On my second day of breakfast, the server wasn't so pleasant when I was asking about my transfers. It was ok that she referred me to the hotel front desk but the way it was said, she really reiterated that they are not related to the hotel and it was said in such a way that it came out read. She even frowned when I asked if she could take my picture from the outside since I was traveling alone. She still took it but she made it obvious that she just didn't have a choice.

What an absolute kick-ass location on the most happening beach. Very very close to Dmall and right next to a starbucks and all the popular joints in Boracay. View from the balcony was outstanding. Staff (Ken) was really helpful and provided assistance throughout our stay.
Room size was a bit small but the view made up for it. The access to the property is very narrow and you have to walk through the lanes to get there. We had booked a South-West transfer from Caticlan airport so the southwest guys carried our luggage from the van to the hotel and we tipped them of course. General tip for Boracay- Do not carry big bags like we did coz we had to struggle carrying them in and out of the boats and the vans and mostly ended up asking for help from the porters.

Location and views were incredible and the room was great and very comfortable, we had a great time and the staff were very helpful and nice.
Only downside is we booked through the hotel and island hopping tour which was also great fun but we found out a couple days later that the hotel had just booked with one of the guys who advertise outside and doubled the price! Was just a bit of a shame as we booked it as soon as we arrived and if we go back we would just book ourselves through the same people who were a few feet away.

Beachfront location. Very roomy balcony overlooking the beach. Central location. Quiet at night. Free water dispenser in the hallway. Free beach towels and rain umbrella for use.
Not really an issue, but could be for some guests: stairs only and no elevator; room is a bit tight with little space to put bags and move around. Balcony does not have a roof so it gets wet when it rains.

We stayed at Zuzuni this March for a week in Boracay! What can we say... it was GREAT! The hotel is located on the beach front above the restaurant Mochos. The staff were so helpful, once we checked in our little room it was a perfect little boutique slice of heaven. We had a sea view room which was great waking up to the view every was so nice. We had our own balcony, we even had a surprise note and towel display for our anniversary. As breakfast was included we managed to try everything on the breakfast menu which was great, the staff at the restaurant were super friendly and accommodating. The air con worked great kept our room nice and cool, it was clean included towels and bed linen. Good size for a couple. We even booked all our tours with the friendly Kuya Kenn, who arranged our private boat tour, which was great. We would happily stay here again as this is a great value accommodation and I would recommend it to anyone.
There was slight downside with the WiFi. We had to keep signing in every half hour, but it wasn't a major issue. Just meant any time your phone locked out you would have to resign in to the wifi with the login details. The additional charge for the transfer is a bit much but it looks like a bit of hassle if you were to sort it yourself - so I would defo recommend doing that.

The breakfast is amazing. Excellent choices (Filipino and western) and amazing view (when you get to sit in front of the hotel). The ambiance inside was nice too. We just prefer doing al fresco and I can say that among all other places, Mucho's has the best spot. The bed, as per other reviews, was really comfortable. The room is clean and well maintained. And the staff are really great! Very responsive even before we arrive. Ms. Jen took care of us during our entire stay.
The room is relatively small and they don't have escalator / elevator. It's not a problem for us but the property is probably not for older people/ people with mobility problems or travelers with young children. Room is not sound proof but the travelers are aware to keep noise at the minimum.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location is absolutely stunning, right in front of a beautiful beachfront with uninterrupted sea views. Waking up to the sound of waves and watching the sunset from our room was unforgettable. The beach was just a few steps away, making it easy to enjoy morning walks and sunset strolls. The view alone makes this place worth visiting, but the overall ambiance, friendly staff, and clean, comfortable rooms made our experience even better. Perfect for anyone looking to relax by the sea and enjoy a peaceful coastal escape. Highly recommended!
During our 2-night stay, there was ongoing road construction right in front of the hotel that started around 11 PM to midnight and continued until approximately 4–5 AM. Unfortunately, the noise significantly affected our sleep quality both nights.

My stay at this boutique hotel was nothing short of amazing. I was captivated by the breathtaking ocean view—it’s the kind of place where you can truly unwind and soak in the beauty of nature. The room was absolutely perfect. The bed was plush and comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep, and the bathroom was spotless. But the real highlight was the spacious veranda overlooking the beach. Waking up to the sound of the waves. The ambiance of the hotel is peaceful and quiet, making it the perfect retreat for relaxation. Even if you're just lounging in your room, everything feels calm and inviting.

The best thing here is the staff. I was ill during my time here and Ken from the staff helped me find a clinic, offered to take me, found me another room when my time here ran out and checked on my condition at that hotel. He can also help you arrange an overnight to nearby Carabao Island if you ask. The restaurant downstairs had great drinks and food. The beach is right out the front door, but the rooms are surprisingly quiet for the location.
There was a festival going on that had drumming bands marching up and down the beach from early until late. No fault of the hotel, but just be aware, anything happening like that on the beach is just outside, for better or worse. Access to the rooms is all by stairs. The staff are quick to help with luggage but it is something to consider if stairs are an obstacle for you.

It's all about location right? I'd say this is perfect for singles and couples who want to have direct access to the beach. It's a simple hotel, but overall it delivers what you need if you're on a budget and don't need a pool, a bathtub in the room etc. Breakfast (a la Carte) is ok, but not a whole lot of selection and pretty small portions. The restaurant downstairs is very popular and offers some interesting choices.
Balcony furniture was old. Wifi is not great. Breakfast is just ok. It's not the most quiet place, but acceptable.
