The first time I stayed in this hotel was early in May then last week I stayed for the second time. From checking in until checking out, everything was perfect. From the security to the reception to the waiters and housekeepers, they all friendly people. Honestly I wasn't quite sure about making reservation in this hotel. But because the location was perfect for my visit so I just took it. And the price very reasonable. But I was very impressed with the whole experience I had. That's why I choose to stay again for the second time. From now on, if I ever go to Jakarta again, I definitely not gonna stay in other hotel. This hotel is my fave to stay in Jakarta.

Room is okay. They provide coffee (espresso-based) in the breakfast buffet.

Housekeeping quality can be improved. I stayed for 10 nights. On the first day of check-in, the bed sheet was not clean -- blood/chocolate stained and no hand towels. Some times during my stay, for two days in a row, the sanitary bag was not re-supplied. Parking in basement was quite a nightmare esp. if yours is not a city car.

A reasonably priced hotel in a less-than-ideal location. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds.

Hotel is located on a busy highway in the middle of nowhere. You need to call a taxi anytime you wish to travel anywhere. Swimming pool is very small and is always occupied by groups of men smoking ciharettes as this is the smoking area. Not ideal!

We recently stayed at this nice hotel and had an excellent experience! The staff, especially Abdullah, Akbar, Tashia, and Anisa, were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The facilities were great, and we particularly enjoyed the comfortable rooms. There is a medium size mall next to the hotel. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from. Highly recommended!

Location is strategic to MRT station, and several shopping area. I was staying there because the hotel close to hospital, where my fam member was taking care of.

The smell of the room. When I walked on the hallway from lift to room, the smell of smoke (cigarette) was quite strong. Then, when we entered the room, the room air condition is not so good. Quite hard to breath, until AC is fully occupied the room.

The location is right next to the JORR so the traffic never stops flowing and also the MRT as well. The hotel is well sound proofed so its all ok. Our room looked south so we had terrific views of the mountains to the south of Jakarta. The staff everywhere were really helpful. The parking whilst difficult was organised. Someone came to the room to ask if everything was ok and it was. The room service was very good. Bed so nice and the smell of the room was very nice.

I asked for Valet parking, but no one wanted to help. The parking in the basement was not idea, but the staff were great. Breakfast food was good but the wait for eggs and sausage was long and there was limited western choices but nothing to stop me from eating. The coffee machine only made black coffee, latte was not an option. The TV signal ( being Indovision ) was not great and the wifi didn't really connect.

The hotel is clean, close to a shopping qmall and there was always a taxi standby. Staff is very friendly and the look of the hotel looks great!

The elevator took a lot from my time because he was always full or took a long time until he was at the 15th floor.

the services were excellent! the staff were kind and very helpful. From the lobby to the bedroom were clean and smell fresh. the location was great, served the purpose of the reason of my visit. the mall is right nextdoor, and has Diamond (used to be Giant) supermarket, that I get to find some necessities during my stay (also have ATMs). will definitely recommend it to friends.

The hotel is located closed to MRT station which is one of the benefits.

Since it's located in the front of the busy traffic, sometimes it'd be a bit noisy from the outside and it might be annoying.
