Beautiful spacious room with views over the harbour. There was even an exercise bike in the bathroom! Very friendly and helpful staff. We used the pool and hot tub and had it all to ourselves.

We were unable to eat in the restaurant as it was fully booked one night and closed on the second. We visited the bar for a drink, but found it too noisy and crowded. It would probably be more pleasant in warmer weather when we could have sat outside.

Great room in the corner with a balcony and panoramic view! Loved it. And the shower with a view as well!

Murphy bed was squeaky with any movement. The breakfast was the WORST of any on our 20-day trip! Coffee machine was broken (?) all the selections were manually “X” marked except espresso or cafe. It was not an option to order a cappuccino. Scrambled eggs tasted powdery. Only cheese was pre-sliced Emmentaler. Selection of breads & “salty” items which upon check-in where described were slim. I could go on. Basically…it was not what we anticipated. But the view is lovely.

We stayed for four nights, but the fire alarm went off at 2 a.m. on three consecutive nights. It completely disrupted our rest.

Great property, beautiful rooms, front desk staff was SO nice and helpful. First night we were there the fire alarm went off at midnight……false alarm but it took the staff an 1-1/2 hr to clear the system and allow everyone to return to their rooms.. The next morning the breakfast room almost ran out of food

The breakfast : the view is fantastic but the buffet is really cheap .... Most of the trays are empty giving a sad vibe. Very very low quality of ham/ cheese ... lots of rabbit food : small tomatoes/ salad leaves 🍃...

Breakfast was comparable with other hotels that we have stayed at previously-selection of products offered seems to have reduced over the last year or two, but was ok. Fantastic room, excellent views from top floor and hot tub - worth every penny for a special occasion. Staff were very friendly.

No Balcony furniture. It would be easy to provide a small table and chairs on the balcony to allow for sitting outside. Lack of TV choice, very limited and no international news channels. TV should also have Netflix/ Prime accessibility. Car park expensive

The indoor pool/spa, appartment like rooms with small kitchen and sitting area, so you can eat in the room. If was free parking if you parked at the water side instead of hotel side of room.

It is close to the habour and relating environment, restaurant, but some dustance from the city center. To go to the city center involves climping a lot of stairs.

Our room was amazing, with two picture windows overlooking the port. It was clean, tidy and very comfortable. Great lift up to the rooms and we parked right outside the front door. The staff were lovely and friendly and everyone we met said hello.

There was nothing we didn't like.

I loved the location, the staff , the accommodations except the laundry room. The rooms were clean prepared and always being cleaned.

The laundry wash machine doesn’t work well and dryer is poor quality took too long for clothes to dry. Need more than one machine . Restaurant was closed and was not told that it would be .
