Breakfast was great and a good variety. Rooms were very spacious and the bed was nice. The beach is a very nice place and the pools are great. The evening fire show was nice to watch. The staff in general was all very helpful and friendly.

The lack of parking ( why do we have to park outside in a unsecured place ) as it was vacation if you moved your car after 2 pm you would return to zero secured parking and have to stop outside. The Spa ( now running separately from the hotel ) has lost the plot again. Before my daughter and wife told go together all of a sudden they don’t allow kids. Outside showers have very poor water pressure / water. Ice cream sales very inconsistent when it comes to timing And that just made them loose money. In room dining has very little options and is VERY over priced. The steak served in the downstairs restaurant is really not a “good “ experience. It’s edible but by far not up to standard.

Despite the ongoing construction at the lobby, which is the heart of the hotel, I appreciated the courtesy of being informed in advance at the time of booking. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. After a long drive, the refreshing face towel given at check-in was a thoughtful touch. Throughout our stay, the staff continued to check in on us, asking for feedback and offering further assistance, which made us feel well taken care of. The beach and pool area were lovely, with fun slides that the kids really enjoyed. The playroom was impressive — it featured a mini theater and plenty of toys and books to keep the little ones occupied. Overall, it was a great family-friendly stay with wonderful service despite the renovation works.

One area for improvement would be assistance during rainy weather. It would be helpful to have someone on standby at the parking area to assist guests getting to their cars while it’s raining, especially for families with children or elderly guests.

The rooms were exceptionally clean. The crib we requested came with hot sheets which is nice so we know it’s clean Beach was so clean and safe for kids A lot of activities for families to enjoy in the resort Swimming pool is well maintained Although the place was under renovation, they didn’t compromise on cleanliness and convenience

The balcony roof has birds living in them so when they walk, the dried poop falls all over. Housekeeping doesn’t clean the balcony daily Since it’s a kid friendly resort, the rooms should be equipped with eg small stool for kids to climb and brush teeth No nearby convenience store Fire show was a bit dangerous, cause of the wind the fire sticks were flying in the wrong direction. They also were throwing it to each other and the crowd was right behind and close so it wasn’t a good idea

The beach is nearby, food is great, room is clean and comfy, and all staff are friendly and accomodating. Kiddie pool is knee-deep which is great for small kids. Adult pool is 1.5m deep which is quite deep for average asian adults and teens. Would be better if can lower the water level a bit. Breakfast is ok but can further improve, perhaps change the spread on alternate days. There was party and band until past midnight to welcome the new year. The fireshow and fireworks are awesome.

The only thing difficult is that the Blossom Chinese Food options cannot be ordered thru in-room service, and cannot order also thru phone. It is a hassle to go down the Blossom restaurant to order it physically for take away, and they cannot bring it up to the room (you have to wait there and pickup the food yourself). It would be easier to include the chinese food options for in-room service.

We never been down every time visiting swiss kuantan! On our recent stay, there was a major renovation at the lobby yet from the luggage service to the room check in all was done perfectly. We did request for items from the housekeeping and within a few minutes it came to us without any delay. Not only that perhaps a few phone Calls from Ms.Shima who works at the back office checking upon us for any assistance needed and as if all were ok. Thanks again to the staff shima, your support means a lot. A small drawback will be the kids pool, as there’s a mold on the splash pool area. It’s quiet dangerous as it could lead to kids to slip and fall therefor a proper cleaning would be needed especially at that area.

I used to avoid booking this resort due to the review of the resort not being properly maintain. Ever since i noticed it's being renovated, i try my luck and honestly speaking, I satisfied with what i paid. I will definitely go again since the their main entrance still under renovation during my stay but overall it's good. The room is newly renovated so it's clean and fresh, the beach are clean, check in and out is smooth and the staff is friendly.

The newly renovated room can be design in a more proper manner as i notice in long run, the material will not last and will easily accumulate dust and other debris.

I loved the room. It was spacious and comfortable. The view was also good which was facing the swimming pool and beach. We requested for connecting rooms for at least 2 rooms and the hotel staffs accommodated to our request during a peak time which was something we really appreciate. I was lucky enough to be able to visit the spa and I enjoyed the massage.

The food were infested with flies which was not something that's expected from such a well known hotel and the staffs doesn't seem to do anything to get rid of those flies. I stayed there for 4D and 3N, the whole 4 days it was like that which made us be very reluctant to have our breakfast at the restaurant.

Apparently the rooms were renovated last year, and the room was wonderful! Comfortable bed, plenty of outlets (including USB ports), big screen TV, large bathroom, fridge, safe, iron/ironing board. The staff was helpful and friendly. The property is on the beach, but it is NOT private.

The breakfast was mediocre. One suggestion would be to simply cook scramble eggs 'in bulk', as some don't want to queue up for 10-15 minutes for an omelet to be prepared. Also, even though the beach is public, the property should take the time to develop the area around the beach if possible.

The rooms were perfect. No complaints, the pool and beach access was great. Kids enjoyed playing in the kids pool and the beach as well. It was reasonably clean and convenient. I visited the Spa at the resort and had a great experience there too ! The staffs were friendly and willing to help us sort out rooms.

The restaurant was over crowded with flies !! This is something that can never be accepted because I had kids with me and hygiene is something that's really important. We could hardly have our breakfast peacefully because of the flies. They were all over the restaurant and food ! This is something that's needed to be fixed. Besides these, it took a really long time for us to get our rooms ready for check-in.

The front reception were nice. Particularly the male young staff who assisted us with our luggage and proceed to do our checking in. We are thankful that we were given our rooms early since we drove 6plus hours with our aged parents. There is a senior male staff too whom without fail will greet and chat with us. Our compliments to the two exceptional staffs. (our rooms no 382,383) Views from room very spectacular. We caught the sunrise by the beach. Peaceful beach area. Swimming pools are good and clean. Though our rooms are facing it, no noise (just keep the balcony doors closed) Food wise there are a plenty outside the hotel. Breakfast buffet was pleasant and wide choices. Delicious nasi lemak's sambal.

Breakfast crowd when the occupancy was high can be challenging. We were both on high and low occupancy days so it was alright.
