Booked online through booking.com as price was cheaper. Easy check in. Dottie told us all about the many perks around the hotel and even gave great dinner suggestions. Pet accommodation was excellent. Food bowls in the room and poop bags conveniently located at the doors. Did not use the pool or hot tub but both looked really clean and enticing. Water, coffee, tea available anytime which was appreciated. Breakfast was great. Hubby enjoyed the egg casserole and everything else was good too. Overall a great experience after a long travel day.

Excellent breakfast with several fresh fruits such as berries, grapes, honeydew, etc. Not only regular original waffles but also unique waffles (lemon waffles) were available for the first visit. I liked this place, so I went back again after 1 week on the way back home. I had a strawberry waffle at my second visit. the warm jacuzzi made me relax in the middle of my trip. When I left behind a backpack, MC Hotel even sent me the back by mail. I paid the shipping, though. I really like the service there.

The staff was very accommodating, friendly, and helpful. Dottie is now considered a friend. Hot breakfast was delicious. Unlimited bottled water was appreciated, and hot soup in the evening goes above and beyond! Pool and hot tub are well kept, clean, and so relaxing. Talk about Pet Friendly!!!!! There is a little bag of treats and food/water bowls in the rooms for pets located close to an exit. JoJo loves you all! 💗

The fact I wasn't able to stay longer.

Friendly staff. Loved our dog, offering him a treat at checkin. Rooms are up to date, beautifully decorated and comfortable. The breakfast was one of the best we've ever had at a hotel. Not just eggs, an egg bake; sausage was closer to kielbasa, or hunter's sausage. Waffles and oatmeal with a variety of toppings and yogurt with fresh fruit! Pool looked kept up and clean, we just didn't use it.

Location, cleanliness, staff was great. Allowed us to check in early. Fresh lemon water and coffee available. Good breakfast. Food available if one didn’t want to eat out.

Rooms seemed to have thin walls. Beds were okay, but not great. Someone was playing a ukulele until midnight, and we could hear people talking next door. Noisy until midnight.

Great hotel, great staff! Upgrades look fantastic, I especially liked the flooring and the new refrigerator with large, separate freezer section in the unit. Ground floor unit very convenient for my dog and I. Fresh fruit at breakfast was very tasty.

A hand held shower would be a nice addition, but I know not all hotels can support those.

Accessibility to other Haynes avenue businesses.

Unfortunately, I was given a room where the semi-trucks with their noisy air-brakes were exiting the interstate. I requested upper floor room specifically to avoid excessive noise. The staff did their best to accommodate to another room after first night. I appreciated that. But I probably wouldn’t stay at a hotel so close to interstate again.

The breakfast! Holy moly it was great. We had driven for hours that day and Dollie made us feel right at home. Helped with our pizza order and had snacks and drinks in the lobby for free! We were exhausted and this place was super clean and comfortable and a good stop for a roadtrip.

Pool temp was perfect.. Friendly helpful staff. Room and facilities were very clean.

One of the two queen beds squeeked when I moved. May need mattress replacement. Informed front desk of issue on departure. Hot tub was not working and has not for some time. We visited hotel in May and it wasn't working then either.

Very clean, house keeping staff is outstanding, free morning paper which is awesome. The front desk staff is wonderful and very friendly. You need something just ask. We had traveled from Texas and stayed at several places and this one is at the top of our list every time we come to Miles City.

The breakfast has kinda gone down hill a little. They have to serve you and the choices are limited. No waffles or yogurt. Everything else was very good. Great bacon and eggs.
