It was a great location less than 10mins from our daughter's home. We were there to celebrate Christmas and it worked out great. We had a little issue that we left our laptop in our room when we checked out. Necole at the front desk called within about an hour of us leaving to advise. We were so thankful she did that and we were able to come back and pick it up. She was extremely friendly and couldn't thank her enough for calling us. She had also been very friendly when we came down for breakfast, she came over immediately to say good morning and to make sure the coffee pots were full. It was one of the best hotel stays we've had in a while.

Valeria at the front desk was fantastic! Our room wasn't ready for a early checkin when we arrived and she apologized for the inconvenience and kept us entertained until it was ready and took care of her other guess as well!! She is definitely a keeper as far as customer service, there should be others like her all over the world!! I will for sure come again!!

There were no towel racks in the bathroom

I came in around 2 a.m. from a long day of driving. I was impressed by how nice, comfortable, and clean the room was. The person who handled the front desk was very pleasant and helpful. I got up late, so I missed out on most of the breakfast, but what I had was good.

The person who worked the morning shift was not very helpful. Didn't really answer my question. Just handed me a copy of my bill, and I was on my way. Parking was a little crazy for someone who is disabled.

Staff was exceptionally nice. Room was spacious, clean, and quiet. Hotel overall was very clean and smelled fresh. Hotel was easy to find and was only a short distance of I-75.

We checked in very late due to an accident on I-75 that stopped traffic for over an hour so we wished breakfast could have been available a little longer. The was a pricing error when we booked the room.

Booking.com made online booking simple, and made check in efficient. Nice, clean, affordable room. Extras like coffeepot, coffee, mini fridge, hair dryer provided. A luggage cart was available, and got a substantial amount of stuff to my room with one trip. Very comfy beds, lots of pillows. Friendly front desk, even with a late night check in. Indoor mini pool was open late, used, and enjoyable. Comfort Inn is probably my prefered stop now, after enduring terrible conditions at my previous go to, a competing chain.

Ice machine at the hotel was broken when we stayed. To their credit, they offered bags of ice by request at the service desk.

After my last stay at a booking.com referral, I wasn't sure if I wanted to continue with you. But this one .....this one was absolutely amazing. Very friendly staff. Delicious breakfast. Nice heated pool and lounge area. The room was lovely. I was so happy with this stay that I will definitely be continuing with booking.com.

Nice and clean with very polite staff. We were able to rest well after a long day; the breakfast bar was adequate and enabled us to get on the road quickly to return home.

The only issue we had was the decaf coffee dispenser was not working properly. The attendant tried to fix it but as soon as you pumped once it came loose again and we could not fill our cups so we gave up.

We were to breakfast in the last 45 mins. Hot items were very limited , as in gone. Staff were getting their food. When inquired if more would be available, breakfast attendant tersely replied NO!. It is my thought that paying customers should receive breakfast as this is part of the booking benefit. Hot items and breakfast should be offered for full time that is advertised. Staff should wait till breakfast is closed before they are allowed to overtake breakfast!

Everyone was friendly, the room was clean and quiet - exactly what we needed for a pit stop on a long trip. Check in was easy and the location was convenient.

The power went out in the whole hotel while we were getting ready for the day. I’m sure it wasn’t anything they could have helped (just guessing - no idea of the cause) but it made it difficult to shower and get ready for a long day ahead in the dark. I’d also like to see them upgrade to shampoo/conditioner/body wash dispensers in the shower rather than the small sizes.

Everything was new.

Not enough parking spaces close to building or you had to park in parking garage. I didn’t care for their breakfast choices. Eggs? I like eggs but not red peppers in my eggs or potatoes mixed with my sausage . Just stick with the basic and have extra stuff like donuts, more choices for cereals.
