Monika was friendly, communicative and really helpful. We could feel that she was really caring about our comfort. La Mimosa was equipped with everything one could need for a relaxing stay in Naples (fridge, TV, AC, kitchen, coffee machine etc.). The location was also amazing, at the edge of the old town, close to every important landmark. We were traveling only by foot. We will definetly recommend La Mimosa to our friends and family and if we should visit Naples again, we will surely stay there!

The place is quite clean and our room was big and comfortable (with AC). The facade of the place is different from the interior, but I think this is normal in Naples. The B&b is located in via Forcella, near the station, Spaccanapoli and Duomo. My friend and I didn’t have any problems with the neighbors but maybe this is not the neighborhood for people who want clean streets and cute palaces to look around. Overall, staying at the Mimosa was a nice experience and the place matches the price.

I really liked our room. It was spacious, clean, cool and the bathroom was also really good. The pressure of the water after a long day walking and sweating is amazing. It feels like a massage on your scalp. Monica was really nice and took time to recommend us places to visit and really good pizza places. The location is also really good, really near everything and you can reach every important place by walking. I really liked our stay at The Mimosa and when we came back to Naples we would stay here again!

Monica and her son were sweet and super accommodating, they made us feel comfortable and at ease from the beginning - always there to answer questions and give recommendations. The room was clean and comfortable. Convenient location, close to the small streets and city centre and train station so we could get to Sorrento quickly.

The location is in the historic center, within walking distance to many important points like Central Station and Napoli Porte. The place is big, clean, and remodeled, with two big windows and a balcony. The owner is a very nice person and can help you with recommendations and finding places. She helped me to reserve a taxi service, which was very helpful.

The B&B was in the historic centre and yet within walking distance of the main sights in the town centre. The room was large, boasting a small table and 2 chairs, a wardrobe, a super comfortable king size bed, 2 floor-to-ceiling windows with shutters allowing blackout, a balcony and a nice shower room. The inside is as immaculate as the outside looked run down.

The B&B is very hard to find, in a run down area of the historic town, with absolutely no signage; luckily the neighbours arrived and helped me. I found the imposed check-in and check-out times very stressful, especially when I realised transportation would not allow me to arrive at the 4pm requested time. Although I found it uncomfortable, I asked several times for a 7-8pm arrival time or to be able to leave my luggage at the property until 1pm on check out day (9am was the requested check out time initially, negotiated to 10am). Eventually the landlady compromised, which was helpful. Breakfast is self-service, composed of tea/coffee, bananas, orange juice and industrial croissants and biscuits in plastic wraps.

The best is the location. Right in the centre of Napoli, a short walk from the Duomo and the Train Station. The moment you leave the building you are right in the middle of the historical center. It was not difficult to find but because I did not see a number or sign I was a bit insecure if I was at the right place. Just go to the Via Forcella. Go 8 steps up the stairs. Go through the biggest door on the left. Monica's place is on the second floor (4 stairs). It is the only door on that floor. It looks a bit dark but the moment you arrive at the B&B it is perfect. Very clean, well organized, comfortable bed, warm shower and the owner is very friendly and welcoming.

Hotel offers a typical continental breakfast consisting of coffee/tea and a croissant which is common for Italy. Fruits are also available. Since we are from Scandinavia and American breakfast is a more common alternative for us, we bought some egg, bread, butter and ham in a shop opposite to the hotel.

Monica is a very kind and friendly host. I enjoyed staying at her place. Checkin was easy. The location is great - in the city center, and just 10-15 minutes to the train station / bus terminal. The metro Duomo is 5 min away as well, making it a great location for a stay. The room is big, nicely decorated, and clean. I enjoyed my stay here. It was great! P.S. It was a bit hard for me to find the right entrance in the evening. There are stairs which one has to climb (see the picture of the entrance)

- It was slightly cold in the room but there's an air conditioner which warms it quite fast - Breakfast is very basic but I appreciated the coffee (but there's a shop right in front of the building) - The pillows are somewhat uncomfortable but it is a minor thing

The beds were confortable and the room very spacious, as well as the shower. I liked sitting on the small terrace and observing the life on the streets :-) There's also a small kitchen in the common area. Breakfast was very basic (only prepacked sweet stuff) but also fruits were available. Coffee, tea and juice was also available. Our host Monica was very nice. She recommended spots where to eat and what to see. Overall, we had a great time at La Mimosa in Naples!
