I recently upgraded from a Deluxe Room to the Studio Gold Room during my stay, and I must say it was well worth it. The upgrade brought a noticeable difference in comfort and space. The Studio Gold Room had a modern touch, more amenities, and a very cozy ambiance that made my stay feel more luxurious and personalized. Cleanliness: The hotel maintains a very high standard of cleanliness. Both the room and common areas were spotless, and housekeeping was consistent and attentive throughout my stay. Food: The food at the hotel was delicious, with a good variety available for breakfast and dinner. The ingredients felt fresh, and the presentation was also on point. Room service was prompt, and the staff made sure everything was to my liking. Overall: The upgrade to the Studio Gold Room definitely enhanced my stay. If you’re considering it, I highly recommend the investment for a more premium and relaxing experience. The hotel’s commitment to cleanliness, service, and quality food makes it a great choice overall.

The stay was wonderful and it is a big hotel with a special name in that wonderful town... until a problem occurred with the security guard in that hotel that does not conform to the hospitality duties known in big hotels... but what amazed me was the follow-up of the hotel management after my complaint... these wonderful employees made me overlook the insult I faced from the security guard, especially after I learned about the security manager's action in the hotel regarding the story... I would like to thank greatly that wonderful duty manager Silvia , she has a professional degree of intelligence to turn the problem into an advantage. She is worthy of the name of this hotel& hotel deserve her I will recommend this hotel to all my acquaintances, as good management means a wonderful stay Thank you to everyone in this wonderful hotel Greetings moataz awad

The location was really good, the events inside the hotel were also enjoyable. The room was clean with an ideal sea view. The beach restaurants is always great. Special mention for the breakfast with a lot of choices.

The room starts to feel a little bit old and there is an annoying device that limits the amount of soap/shampoo we can use. It feels inappropriate for 5 stars. When we first arrived we had a room on the first floor with the pool view instead of the sea view that we paid for. The staff was kind enough to change the room but we had to pay extra, I kind of felt cheated. Many choices for breakfast, but no salty butter 🙂.

Fabulous hotel with excellent amenities. The pools, especially the main one, are grandiose. Direct access to the beach, with very comfortable beach beds. Location: close to the main spots, beach and airport. Valet parking is a plus albeit a bit long to wait for the car. Beds are super comfortable and rooms are nice and new. 100% recommend the breakfast - amongst my favorites across loads of 5 stars hotels I've tried. One of the best hotels, if not the best in whole Ibiza. Finally, a word for Mrs Altamura has been outstanding all along our stay ! Thank you !

The whole resort and facilities are amazing, beautiful beaches, 10 mins from airport, lively town with access to the big clubs on doorstep. Gorgeous pool areas with options on a quieter pool or pool with live DJ. We had a ‘swim up’ suite and that facility was just amazing. I also want to compliment the staff, everywhere from reception to restaurant to the room service and housekeeping, the staff were just fantastic and super helpful and keen to help

Apart from the swim up pool, i wasn’t wowed by the room. It wasn’t luxury, cheap toilet/shower set up, the facilities weren’t great. A magnifying mirror glued to the sink where it wasn’t easy to put on make up. A cheap kettle with instant coffee felt a let down where a nespresso machine would add some class. The cheap laminate floor is peeling up, does feel an odd floor choice given the set up of the shower and the walk out pool area (ie lots of water). I am being picky as i rated this 8/10 but sorting out these things would be a 10/10.

The most incredible hotel you could ever stay at. The staff were amazing and made the check in process super easy! The pools were super big and the vibes were very lively. The hotel was super clean and the rock shop staff were nice as well. We got back to our room a few minutes late after checkout, however the receptionist had extended our time by an extra 20 minutes which allowed us to get our items. It was a super amazing experience to stay at hard rock hotel!

The breakfast was not the greatest, especially for the price. The bacon was severely overdone and the portion was small. Check out is at 12pm, if you are late back to the room by a couple of minutes you won’t be able to go back into your room. You would need to go to reception to reactive your key, so that you’re able to reenter the room.

This is a very nice hotel that has two swimming pools (a quiet one for someone like me and a loud one for party people), a rooftop, spa and restaurants (one for breakfast and another one for dinner). My room was spacious and had a nice balcony with a partial ocean / beach view. Breakfast was excellent but it was 40 Euros. Many restaurants and shops were nearby. The airport was very close (maybe 10 minutes via cab).

The surrounding area wasn't as nice since I was constantly approached by shady looking individuals (they were nice though) during my walks. It probably had something to do with the fact that two famous clubs including Hi Ibiza were nearby.

For a fun stay in Ibiza it’s a great location, the beach is good it has great facilities and the suites are great. For me it is a great resort hotel for a couple of nights within easy access of the local super clubs, Hi, Ushuaia. Staff are great. Prolximity to the BeachHouse restaurant is a plus also as that’s easy to miss otherwise and is lovely.

The wider surrounding area is not necessarily everyone’s cup of tea and by far and away not the nicest part of the island. It is mostly bars and shops to cater for tourists / clubbers. But it depends what you want and it is easy to get taxi’s elsewhere. You are on the airport flight path so you do hear planes coming in and leaving but to be honest it’s not too much of an issue for me but again not everyone’s going to like that.

We really enjoyed our stay here, and the overall vibe of the hotel with the rock theme and the DJ in the pool area. The breakfast was well worth the additional fee; it exceeded all other breakfasts we have had on other trips to Ibiza. Room was very quiet and the bed/pillows were so comfortable it was very hard to get up in the morning! We had tickets to an event at Ushuaia and the location was therefore perfect for us. We also enjoyed the convenient access to the beach and loungers. Would definitely stay here again!

Room was very clean, The staffs are friendly. The hotel facilities such restaurants, GYM, pool, roof were complete and great. location is the best.

The price was very expensive and some of my friends couldn't come to this hotel. Behavior of one of the night Security staffs (control) was not good with one of my guest. She had ID but he asked for Passport and after bringing the passport, he didn't act respectfully. It is clear that, he did his job correctly for safety of resident but as security control person, he should act in a polite manner with the resident and also guests.
