The breakfast was excellent. Sydney was an excellent hostess. Our room was comfortable; we stayed in one of the rooms in the basement, so we did not have much of a view. The location was exactly what we were looking for when booking accommodations near Pioche. It was very quiet during the night.

We stayed in one of the rooms in the basement. We had to go up and down the stairs several times to get our luggage into our room. There was only one room on the main floor and it was occupied by someone else. The only other rooms were on the second floor, which would have required going up and down stairs also.

We stayed at the cabin which was big, clean and quiet. The owner was very accommodating, and helped with an issue we had with the shower, even though it was about 10:30 at night. Breakfast was delicious and location convenient.

The water in the shower was coming out very hot and it was slow to drain, but the owner fixed the temperature of the shower that night and was going to fix the slow drain the next day. The bed was comfortable for me, but because my boyfriend has back problems, it was a little uncomfortable for him. The only other issue, was wish there was a little more light in the bathroom.

I had some connectivity issues with phone, and did not try the WiFi , but the TV reception and selection was excellent. The best part of the stay was the bed comfort and sheet silky feeling. It was quiet and checkin was easy. I thought it very thoughtful to have a keypad entrance to for later access if you were out later than expected if exploring the parks. I would stay there again if traveling in the area. It’s convenient to the Cathedral Gorge and many diverse State Parks within reasonable driving distance.

I had some small difficulty locating it, and it’s location was removed from eateries, especially on a Holiday, but that is a very minor inconvenience.

Spacious cabin, clean with some dining set, microwave and refrigerator. Great coffee. Great hot breakfast in the house, they were delicious. Overall, it is a great place to stay in Panaca, especially if you are visiting Cathedral Gorge State Park. It is about 5 minutes drive.

I am a light sleeper. There was a near by rooster that crowed about every hour. So if you stay in a cabin, make sure you have ear plugs if you are a light sleeper.

The Inn is perfectly located to visit the many State Parks and sites in the area. The Inn is very pleasant, the staff friendly, and the breakfast was very good. Breakfast was scrambled eggs, toast, hash browns, fresh fruit salad and there was homemade strawberry jam. The Inn is located in a residential area and was very quiet. The historical town of Panaca is interesting, and it has a hot spring.

The mattress could have been better. However, it wasn’t bad and I certainly slept well.

The house was clean. We stayed in the garden room in the basement but the host also offered us the room upstairs which was available that day. The room was small but the bed was comfortable. The breakfast at the property was amazing. We told the host our dietary restrictions and she made the accomodations for us.

There was less light in the room.

We felt like we were home - we arrived late (1am) as we were driving from Yosemite and were headed towards the Canyons, so we needed an accommodation in between these two stops. The host gave us the code to the door to let ourselves in, the house was cozy and she prepared an amazing homemade breakfast for us once we woke up! It was a great stay, even though it was just for one night.

Very comfortable room Was hiking Cathedral gorge so location was excellent We left early a.m. so can’t say how the breakfast was but am sure it was delicious!

Would have liked a restaurant in town instead of having to drive to another town. Also would have been nice to been told that there was food available to buy right at the B&B Need to put in description that there are a lot of steps.

This is a lovely cabin, larger than average. It had air conditioning, cable TV, a larger frig and freezer, coffee pot, toaster, microwave and a few dishes. The host also left us plenty of toilet paper, paper towels and garbage bags, which is rare. The cabin is set on private property that is quite and comfortable. It was a very nice getaway from city life.

Good, homey breakfast served by friendly staff. Was a great location for where we were traveling to and from. Hosts were flexible for us needing to change plans (different room) on late notice.

Bed in the house was (one night) a bit hard and less comfortable than ideal. Cabin room (other night) was excellent.
