loved the outdoor space, the pool, the hammocks and beach area

A couple bottles of complimentary water would have been nice, having come from the airport with no time to go to the store. No working fan in the bathroom. No TV in the bedroom. A little pricey for the condition of the rooms.

Kitchen worked great. I was able to cook very well.

Adult guest from other rooms upset about our children laughing at the pool during the day. I would suggest emphasizing that the hotel is family oriented and not adult only. Kids are absolutely allowed to laugh and play during the day in the pool.

Loved the pool and easy access to the beach. Had their equipment to use the gas grill but never had time. Wonderful easy walk to Publix for groceries. The staff were always helpful and friendly. They even refunded the night's stay we did not use. So hats off for being correct.

We were in one of the older units: the kitchen cabinets (no dishwasher) and bathroom needed to be renewed - still all useable. The motel is from the 1940s - so it cannot be all new. The floors were lovely, new tiles, the furniture comfortable and the linens clean. They seemed to be renovating so for the price ... it was fine - no complaints whatsoever.

It was located directly on the beach. Heated pool was real nice. Great kitchen and grilling option on site, we used both! Perfect little get away, best kept secret place to stay. We are already booked for next year. Walking distance for dining and shopping. Really clean room. Outstanding staff service! Loved Melanie and “ Dougie”. Evening courtyard is a gem, ocean breeze and no bugs. Loved every minute.

The road is very busy in front but that’s all along the St Pete’s Beach, Treasure Island Madeira Beach roadway. Road noise did not lessen our time and the Molloy’s Courtyard is in their backyard. You completely disconnect from the hustle and bustle feel of the city.

the location was amazing! love it was right on the beach with access. also loved that you could take the beach chairs and borrow beach umbrellas if needed.

limited parking, this seems to be the case for the whole island though. the beds were comfortable but a full bed is really not big enough to be comfortable for 2 adults or teenagers needed if to share. We had a large party (7 people) so my husband slept on the couch (which was not comfortable) while I slept in one of the full beds with my 6 year old. my 14 y/o and her friend slept in the other full bed, my 15 and other 6 y/o slept in the twin beds.

The right-on-the beach location was fantastic. The pool was awesome - the kids loved it! The sandy area with tables, chairs and umbrellas immediately outside the motel was great too. We could also walk to the grocery store, some attractions, some bars and restaurants, etc.

The pull-out-couch wasn't very comfortable so we put the mattress on the floor, which worked out fine. The room was clean but a bit dinged up, although it was recently renovated.

location was great, beds were comfortable, and staff were friendly.

the shower was clogged, so we had to stand in dirty water to shower. we saw quite a few bugs. we never got new towels after leaving them out front as directed.

We really enjoyed staying here. The staff was very courteous and responsive. The location was only a few steps down the stairs and right onto the beach! Loved it!

We didn't like the limited parking options in front of the hotel since I am disabled and although more parking was available across the street we couldn't really see our car at night and ended up waiting for someone to leave so that we could put our car in front of the hotel. We also would have loved for there to be an option to pay our housekeeping staff by mobile app instead of cash. We just don't carry cash these days!

the beach was a walk away, under 2min walk, loved it!! what I did not love was the dragging of the beach chair and umbrella.. talk about working a sweeeaaaT!! it felt hotter then a strip club.. not that I've been to one.

I could hear everything from the room connected to mine.. I mean everything!! from them coughing all night to them having wild wild like knocking off dishes in the kitchen wild... yes! I'm a little jelly because I was not getting any action HA HA HA..

location is fantastic. next to the beach. literally feet from the water.

I love it. plan to go back. if I have to be nit-picky; there was an issue with the shower. in all fairness, the property is an older and the plumbing may need some updates. that may or may not be property responsibility, I don’t know. But they were very apologetic. luckily we were able to rinse out at the shower next to the pool. and they were nice enough to refund some money for the inconvenience. Totally their offer. and it was greatly appreciated.
