Location is perfect, close to but not right in the fray, and a short walk to the public beach. Staff is terrific, every single one. I had a room w a balcony facing east (sunrises!) which was a great way to start and end the days.

The room was a bit run down— the decoration on the wall peeling off; the bathroom barn door loud, wobbly, and doesn’t close; what furniture there was was a bit beat up—it all just needs a refresh. Also the room was stark— no fabric anywhere other than the bedsheets and towels. I don’t want lush swag draperies but I did think I was renting a room with a small couch, per the photos. Only a small black wooden chair and a 2x2 table.

Many things to like about the Aloft Delray: the pool and workout areas were nice; there are several restaurants and bakery/cafe's within an easy walk; and the lounge area, pool table and games in the lobby made for a nice gathering space for our family. Our room had a balcony with a view of the ocean in the distance, and we especially enjoyed having coffee or a glass of wine outside. All of the staff that we met were very pleasant.

The hotel is pet friendly, which is fine, but our neighbor's dog did not like to be left alone. The poor thing barked at least once every 10 seconds every time the owner went out. It was really sad and sometimes went on for hours, one night until 11 pm.

Great location. The room had plenty of space and we enjoyed the pool. We drove to the beach and walked to places in downtown Delray at night. You can also use the Freebie app for rides if needed.

The staff was so friendly and really accommodating as we had a home emergency and needed a place to crash for the night. Jose at the front exceeded all expectations and really eased our stress.

Of course with everything right now the price was a little high. However for the location and quality I totally get it. I just wish I had time to go to the pool.

I was very happy with the location. The hotel, staff and amenities were spot on. I like the activity area ( pool table and game table area ) very clever and much appreciated.

My only ( con ) or area of concern was our room. While laying in bed I wondered why the ceiling was not finished. Looking at the bare concrete with cracks running through it was a bit disturbing. Hopefully there is plans to finish this off. My room was #309 just for your info.

The decor in the room and the lobby was really nice and modern. I loved the Bluetooth Marshal speaker in the room and the fact there was a table and booth in the room to dine in. My room was my favorite cause it was literally right across the rooftop pool. So very easy access.

I love the bathroom style, only thing I wish they could fix is like a water stopper underthe shower doors. The way the shower head is pointing gets a lot out side the shower and goes right under the shower door making a whole mess of water on the bathroom floor. I tried changing the shower head direction but it was too high up for me to reach and turn it. Had to go thru a bunch of towels to dry up the floors, they would be soaked.

Had breakfast and lunch one day. Food was excellent and price was reasonable. I love beds/linens/pillows at Aloft. Smells fresh and super comfortable. Staff is super friendly and go out of the way to help with everything. Had drinks at bar which were also reasonably priced even after Happy Hour. Pool area was really nice, enjoyed the pool bar.

Parikng was terrible. Spots were very narrow and very difficult to get into spots next to cement columns.

It was a beautiful location, within walking distance to the beach as well as downtown Delray Beach. The staff was friendly and attentive. Unfortunately the pool bar was not open during the week and closed by 5pm on the weekend. The maids stopped by daily to clean the room, which is not a given in many hotels since the pandemic.

There was not good attention to mask wearing. the bartenders wore their masks as a chin strap and the woman who worked the front desk during the day never wore a mask. I would have liked to be able to eat and drink at the pool bar in the sunshine and early into the evening before sunset.
