Typical mid-level Hyatt Regency with good facilities and professional staff. We were there for a dinner gala also run by the hotel which was great. I was particularly impressed with the fact that an employee (still unknown) found my computer bag in the parking lot and returned it to our room. I thanked the front desk staff but they couldn't figure out who had done the good deed. But we know it was a hotel employee (or a couple of them since the bag was missing for 6 hours).

The hotel is not near anything walkable. If it's not in the hotel you have to drive to it. The value for money at the breakfast, especially the buffet is a bit lacking.

The room is big enough, comfortable pillow and bed, breakfast was ok..but i would say limited varieties.

For some reasons i think was system problems my credit card didn't work, on the check out time at 11am ,, I asked for extension of atleast 1hr for my daughter to come and clear the bill as i wanted to extend 2 more nights , I had cash but they said they dont take cash and asked me to remove the luggage out and wait outside the room. I did what they asked me to and by the time am out packed all baggage just 15 minutes later my daughter came. So she cleared the bill and they asked me if i need the same room again. So i was wondering myself why they refused to extend just 1hr and made me pack all my stuffs and yet again the room was not occupied?? I felt that was so rude to a customer..

My stay at your hotel was wonderful. What a beautiful place and the rooms were comfortable enough for me and my husband and my two boys to stay in with 2 double beds. Having the balcony that overlooked the interior was a very nice touch! I would especially like to recognize some of your wait staff. My youngest son and I are early risers and went down to breakfast alone while my husband and other son slept in. Breakfast was complimentary with our stay and we weren’t exactly sure how that worked for a sit down severed breakfast. We had an incredibly patient server named Erin who graciously gave us a breakdown and took our order. From there she was perfectly attentive (not overly but just perfectly!) and even explained how the vouchers for my husband and other son who were still sleeping would work and how they could be used. We had the Belgium waffle and I had to say they were THE BEST waffles we had ever had! And my son LOVES waffles and fruit! I would also like to recognize Balmy… our bus person. He asked me if I wanted a coffee to go and one for my husband as well to eat him up and moving.. haha… very, very nice. They even offered us bottles of water to go! What a perfect start to our morning! Thank you so much! We were in town for my daughter’s dance competition at Notre Dame High School and it makes for long stressful days so if we are ever I town again we will DEFINITELY stay with you again!

The noise while we were trying to sleep. Ty ere we’re a lot of people in the bar restaurant area and we had a balcony overlooking it. There must have been a lot of college students around and it was difficult to sleep with chairs being dragged across floor and people’s voices traveling into our room. My husband and I woke up multiple times through out the night due to the noise. We would definitely stay at your hotel again but would probably get a room without the balcony.

Staff was overall really helpful. Particularly Haydi and Erin at the restaurant. We loved the courtyard atmosphere and our room was good. It was in a good location for a family - no neighbor on one side and top floor so it wasn't loud.

The pool was not as clean as it could be and there were no towels when we got there which was tough with kids. We also booked a room with a pull out sofa for our kids and there were no extra sheets or blankets for it. It took over 2 hours and 3 phone calls to the front desk to get anything and when we got it it was a flat sheet and one very thin blanket. This caused some overtired kids and frustrated parents.

The pool was my favorite part. The pool at the Hyatt Regency Princeton was clean and large and it had multiple levels. I stayed in the pool for over an hour. I loved it. I didn’t want to leave. Oh my God it was my favorite part. I’ve been to three other hotels in the area and their pools were shallow, small and dirty, and full of bugs. The pool at the Hyatt Regency Princeton was perfect. It was clean so many people fit in the pool and nobody was interacting with each other because there was enough space. It was great. You could do your laps whether you do them vertically or horizontally depending you know what space you had. You have to get a pool, which is different than your room card. The food is amazing. The breakfast is worth every penny. If you like a traditional sausage, bacon, waffle yogurt, fruit. I highly recommend paying extra for the breakfast. It’s worth every penny. The food at the restaurant is phenomenal. The bar was great. The ambience was awesome. And if you come at the right time, they have cookies and lemonade like I love it. I’m a bit of a food and I love the fact that they had gelato, they had so Ada cheese fancy crackers. I just loved the entire experience. It was the only hotel I’ve been to out of the three so far that I would go back to. I don’t mind commuting a little bit furtherto be comfortable.

The only negative was that there was a musty smell in my room and I had to spray perfume everywhere, but then it went away and I think it’s because there was a constant leak in my bathroom sink in 486 and that could’ve led to it. You have to ask for bathrobe.

I liked this hotel! Impressive lobby with a very beautiful restaurant and the bar in the middle with the waterfalls and fish pound. Working area in a lobby is nice. The room is big and clean, very calm. Huge swimming pool Good Breakfast for $27

Breakfast is $27 for buffet and it was ok, however, coffee is not included... Air condition is old, so make sure you keep it on less then 69 degrees. I stayed for one night and checkout is at 12 PM. However, room service checked if I'm still there for a couple of times after 10am even I still had 2 hours. This was confusing and disturbing. Why to do that is guest didn't checkout?

We liked the overall atmosphere and quality of the facility. In general it was excellent. Clean, comfortable room, with refrigerator and coffee maker. We LOVED our balcony overlooking the amazing atrium! We also really liked the pool, and it was definitely worth getting breakfast included with the room. It was top notch and there were so many items to choose from!

Access to the pool was difficult as the card key didn’t work. Someone let us in and we in turn had to let others in.

We loved not having to leave the hotel. We swam, ate dinner, enjoyed the live music at the bar and relaxed in our room. The staff was very friendly, especially at the restaurant.

The pool ran out of towels and the door was often stuck, causing us to wait outside of the pool until someone could help us. This happened more than once. I also would’ve liked more kid-friendly food available. The restaurant was very accommodating but there wasn’t much my kids would eat for dinner or dessert in the whole hotel.

This Hyatt Regency is in a convenient location close to Princeton University and beautiful downtown Princeton. Its modern interior with a beautiful atrium is quite stunning when you walk in. We stayed here in our way up to Martha’s Vineyard and ended up booking it again on our way back. The rooms were clean and roomy and we really enjoyed or return stay in a room with an atrium balcony. Staff was friendly and efficient. The biggest surprise was the dining room. We ended up having dinner on our return stay because it was extremely hot out and we were exhausted from our drive. The food was excellent. One of the best meals we had on our entire trip! Although the restaurant is open and quite large it still had an intimate feel to it while dining. Service was wonderful and food was beyond our expectations.

There’s nothing we didn’t like about this property.

Restaurant dinner food was excellent, and the server guided us to very unique and delicious appetizers, sides, entrées, and desserts. The manager was at the restaurant and he provided exceptional and personal customer service.

Accessing TV apps was extremely time consuming and confusing. And you have to walk the full length of the first floor lobby and ballroom lobby area to get to and from the pool.
