What I didn't like during my stay at the Hotel was the incident where a person in the lobby was shouting loudly and collapsed. It was a distressing situation, and despite calling an ambulance, the person continued to shout loudly, which caused some discomfort. However, I must commend the hotel staff for their prompt and efficient response. They remained calm, immediately assisting in any way they could, and made sure that the necessary help arrived quickly. Though the incident was unsettling, the staff's professionalism and swift actions helped manage the situation effectively.

I like how the hotel exceeded my expectations. The price is reasonable. I got a room that's good for 3 pax. The room is clean, simple, not so spacious but the space is good enough for us. The bed and the pillows are soft. We had a comfortable stay. The comfort room is clean and spacious. They provided us with coffee, water, tissue paper and room slippers. I like the ambience of the room. The staff is very accommodating. How we wish we could stay longer. I forgot to take photos of the bed and the whole room but it's very comfortable. :D

It's near the bars. So, it's just a bit noisy at night when people around are singing. It's okay. The noise at least didn't get our way to sleep comfortably.

The staff were accommodating,respectful, and friendly. they rendered excellent services.The place is decent and affordable.

The water.There is no such hot water and have little smell.The TV had only local channels ,no smart tv and there's no enough parking space.

Water flow is a disaster, cleanliness of sink & lavatory is below my expectation. Will come back anyway because of its location.

Pls clean knobs in the toilet & fix the flush.

Very near restaurants and the city center. The staff are friendly.

The bathroom sink is clogging. and there's only outlet and is not properly located. It is even hard to find.

The TV, but it's okay cause I really do not watch TV even at home.
