The front desk employees were so nice & helpful! The room was very clean, the bed was comfy and the shower was great!

I didn't like the sliding door for the bathroom/closet. The fridge made a loud hum/buzz sound. We left early in the morning for the day and came back to our room @ 4pm the cleaning people knocked on the door @ 4:10 to clean the room? we declined because we were relaxing before dinner.

I was lucky enough to have a view of the water which was fantastic. Despite being so close to the water and the fairly popular park the room and hotel were very quiet. The parking lot was also very easy to get to and seemed to be secure.

Unfortunately there is a bit of a walk to any nearby bus stops. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby but actually getting to them is kind of a hassle. The breakfast provided is also not so great.

Comfortable room. Staff was pleasant. Food at the grill was good. Location was good.

I stayed here because the ad said "free local transportation." When I checked in they told me they stopped it 2 weeks ago. I reserved this more than a month before. They could have notified me!The taxi company they recommended was a joke. They were unreliable and tried to charge me extra. I asked for housekeeping every other day but only got it once-- the day before I left!

The front desk girls were super sweet. Just wish they were a little more knowledgeable on the Waterfire event. Breakfast was delish! Not sure why others had complaints and I am quite picky. The view was ok. It was of the harbor which was nice but the parking lot was right under our window as well.

The room was just a little tight. The 2 queen beds over powered the room so not much space to walk. But it was fine. We were only there to sleep. Just tight getting ready for bed at night.

Almost everything. Nice room,nice bed and shower. Soft towels. Great view. Comfortable temperature. Friendly staff.

Didn't like the scratchy bead cover. Would rather have a soft comforter in the cold weather. Also didn't like having to pay for breakfast. Have stayed in other Hiltons and had free breakfast.

Food wasn't the best but ok, not too much variety. Hours for restaurant was not good . Restaurant being closed on a Sunday ridiculous . Only entrance through garage another no no . But Staff was great , room was clean we had a good stay. Not sure I would return .

Had issues checking out. I booked the hotel with one cc and wanted to pay with another. That got too confusing for staff.

The view of the harbor from my room was great. The hotel is clean and the staff are friendly and very helpful. It's a standard Hilton Garden Inn.

It's very difficult to get to the lovely India Point Park right in front of the hotel. There is zero pedestrian access to the hotel, you almost have to come in a car. The location is adjacent to wonderful restaurants just to the north on Wickenden, but you have to take a circuitous route to get there. One of the least pedestrian-friendly places I've been.

The location was nice. Beautiful view of the water. Walking distance to an amazing coffee shop. Balcony bar overlooking the water was awesome.

The fire alarms went off at 2:45am the first night we were there. Had to evacuate. Thankfully the weather was nice. We were all outside for about a half hour. Obviously this is not the hotels fault (at least from what I gathered it wasn't)

The location is excellent. Downtown, Brown Univ. and other parts of Providence are within easy reach. The hotel is also right next to India Point Park and the East Bay bike path.

I wish parking had been free.
