Receptionist Mr. Ahmad is great. All staff are accommodating.

The location is surrounded by many local restaurants and coffe shops including supermarket is very accessible. The room is clean and big, the hotel atmosphere is elegant.

The parking is not exclusive for guess there was no attendant. After cleaning the room some of the items in the bathroom were not replace therefore you have to call the reception and it takes long to respond. Additionally, when we arrive at the reception there is no que so other guess can interrupt you even if you come first. The breakfast has only few option even soup were not available.

The facility was amazingly beautiful. The interior design was great. The room was very clean and very spacious and very well equipped. The location is good to some extent. The staff was very helpful and smiling which is a must for me. Lots of restaurants and groceries beside the hotel.

As I said the location is good to some extent but there was no parking for cars which was a bit annoying as every time I had to keep turning to find a spot to park my car and sometimes I park very far from the hotel. Room service, they don't come everyday to clean up the room which was a little bit awkward. Guests don't have to remind the hotel to do cleaning up everyday especially in a high standards hotel like this. It should go without saying!

We were met by the baggage porteres who took in our luggage immediately at the entrance. Staff were extremely welcoming and provided us with a coffee of our choice that included local arabic coffee. Our room was not ready since we arrived before check-in time, but the staff gave us access to a toilet to freshen up. We came back at check-in in time and the process was so easy, They gave us the option of 2 rooms. Rooms were very clean and had everything you needed and more. bathroom was disifected, had 2 sets of everything. Breakfast included, options of breakfast were very well presented and was very tasty. kitchen staff very accommodating.

Parking was a problem, no designated parking

Hotel is clean and luxury, the rooms and corridors smell very nice, the room is equipped with a steam iron. and big desk for work, the stuff react fastly.

clothes hangers are few and cheap plasitc. they gave very small water bottles abd only 2 per day, and every time i asked extra they bring only 2 addtional bottles. there is no hair conditioner, and no shaving tools, the WIFI signal is very weak. my room was connected to another room, and the guests were very noisy at night. the Juice at breakfast was not natural. there is no GYM/ Swimming pool.

As a solo traveler for the 1st time in KSA. I liked it all. that's a very convenient hotel, location, and value:quality. I will definitely consider staying here again.

Overall service is exceptional and very welcoming, except the egyptian guy who serves eggs in the breakfast room is rude and unpleasant at all times, 3 days in a row, he is not fit to work in such a hotel. Room 1101 has a broken shower. Breakfast is overall 3 stars out of 10, most of the pastries are dry, bread is dry and old, no coffee options, only American coffee or tea.

Kibria and Noura are assets to the organisation. The guys at the dining table were so helpful in providing me with clean hot water for preparing my baby's food. This was my second time lodging at the hotel and I must say.....thus time was much better. Noura should be the Customer Engagement Officer; the way she attended to my enquiries over the phone, convinced me not to cancel the booking. They accommodated my early check-in and my crib request too.

Overall the environment is nice and comfortable, the staff are friendly & the location is good.

The access card to the room need to be reactivated every night when I came back to the hotel which is troublesome and tiring, and it should be improved and valid all the time whenever the customer is still valid to stay there.

Fair clean option near everything. First night I reserved it via booking it costed 333 per night (weekend), then I extended the reservation for one more night through their reception and it costed 500 (working day) !

Breakfast was a joke,, very limited options and tables and the small dining area too crowded.
