The apartment was very roomy and the decor was very attractive. There were lovely pictures, lamps and comfy sofas and chairs. The beds were comfortable and it was quiet.There was a family bathroom with shower and bath and an ensuite. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you needed. It had a Scandinavian feel as its name suggested.

The Scandinavian Village was initially difficult to find within Aviemore, but it wasn't far from the shops. The only equipment missing was a dustpan and brush.Some people might not like that you had to strip the beds that you used, but it didn't take long.

Set in the picturesque Cairngorms, the unit was spacious and well equipped and is located in a beautifully kept resort with easy walk to shops, and the Aviemore Railway station - part of The Strathsprey Steam Rail route. The area offers many great walks. After being on the road for a few weeks we really appreciated the guest laundry. Staff were very friendly and extremely helpful when we had an issue with one of the machines. Communication and access to the property were smooth and easy.

Usually our family of 4 is stuck in one room. This was brilliant for us & our kids to have our own room & space. Don't need to bring anything apart from clothes. Shops 2 min wall away. The company give you a bag with dishwasher tablets, & other things and enough towels to last. Play area at the back for the kids but enough space for my little girl to play football. You're a 10/15 min drive from either Loch Morlich which is beautiful or the Landmark which we all loved. Even if you're heading to Inverness for a day you're a 30 min drive. We had a great time and loved the villa. Some may say it's a bit outdated but if they done it up we wouldn't have the sort of prices we had because they could triple it easy. Would go back again if we ever head up north

I booked a last-minute stay at the Scandinavian Villa in Aviemore due to a change in my travel plans, and I was thoroughly impressed. The villa exceeded all expectations with its exceptional comfort and thoughtful amenities. The welcoming bag provided was well-stocked and even included foldable chairs for picnics—a delightful touch. The convenience of having a washing machine and dryer in the villa made a big difference after traveling for a few days. It allowed us to refresh our clothes while we relaxed or enjoyed our meals. I highly recommend this villa for anyone seeking a "home away from home" experience. With reasonable pricing and a wealth of nearby thrills and attractions, it's an excellent choice for your highland adventure.

There were still a few bottles in the bin bag when we got there. My son promptly placed it in the large trash can outside the villa after I became a little irritated with the state of cleanliness. When I texted management, they responded with an apology and an offer to send a cleaner to remove it and even to give any necessary cleanings again. It is encouraging that the management has responded favorably.

Walking distance 400-500m from main street where restaurants are Spacious apartment with a living room a few steps up from the bedrooms 2 bedroom apartment. One bedroom had a double bed. Second bedroom had a double bed and a single bed. Lots of pillows if you needed. Beds were fine, not too soft. Kitchen fully equipped, lots of utensils Toiletries provided Heating throughout if you wanted

Up a flight of steps which I knew about but luggage was heavier than I thought it would be 😅

Liked the patio doors out to the grass area, also all the washing machine and tumble drier. The beds were comfortable. Liked the large spacious area in the living room. Everything provided we could possibly want - even fairy liquid 😊

The water being off for a day, had to go to Macdonald Hotel for shower facilities. Understand the pipe bursting was outwith your control. Good to have bottled water supplied though and a tanker replenishing the system. The top bunk beds dont have a safety rail to stop my 3 year old grandson falling out so he had to sleep in the bottom one (big drama)!

The accommodation was excellent. We felt at home here. The facilities are perfect and also suitable for a longer holiday. Everything was very clean. The reception is very caring. The location is perfect, in the Highlands, and important shops are within walking distance of a few minutes. The best accommodation on our trip, we would have loved to stay. An extra plus: The facility is working on sustainability.

Wow, the place was beyond our expectations! Best value for money and beds were so comfortable. Even towels were thick and nice. Only setback is the shower. Water temperature was inconsistent, had to adjust the heater temperature constantly. Kitchen was fully equipped but the kettle looks a bit dirty inside, so I dare not use it. Other than that everything was perfect and we had no regrets staying there. It's also very nearby to all the shops

The location was very good. Stunning veiws. Supermarkets on your doorstep. Bus stop close by. Accommodation very clean. Tasteful decor. Good quality bedding and towels. Everything you needed in the kitchen.

No oven gloves in the kitchen. Would of been useful. Also a pint of milk in the fridge for when we arrived would of been nice too. Everyone needs a cup of tea after a long journey. 😊

Cairngorm Suite exceeded our expectations. Absolutely fab accommodation, all that we needed, warm, very comfortable and with extensive kitchen accessories and cleaning materials (dishwasher tabs etc), communication prior to arrival good and excellent information on all you needed to know about the accommodation and surrounding area. A great location within easy walking distance to all amenities within Aviemore.
