I wish to say that Colleverde Country House had an easy game to play: the location, the facility, and the kindness of the people working in the resort are just phenomenal. The location is just phenomenal and run by a family that cares about protecting the traditions and culture of one of the most beautiful places on Hearth. A "must go" place: do not miss it!

The service was probably the best I've ever experienced at a hotel. It felt like staying with family. Carlo and his team pay attention to every detail. The spa experience was excellent, and the apartments are spacious, clean and comfortable. Colleverde is just outside of Urbino and the spa and breakfast room has beautiful views of the countryside.

The breakfast room was exceptional. Parking easy. Good location, quiet and relaxing. Very friendly staff, willing to explain great sightseeing spots on our short visit. Clean and warm rooms.

1. Bedrooms and corridors could be brightened up with local works of art. 2. Many walls were bare. Works by Raffaello or portraits of Dante would definitely improve the decor and promote Urbino. 3. Investing in new towels would also improve standards. 4. Offering a traditional English breakfast would also raise the bar.

Charming, knowledgeable, helpful staff - altogether lovely accommodation. Great breakfast, excellent spa experience. It’s partner restaurant is also very good. Set in the countryside so beautiful views across the valley. Wake up to bird song!

Everything here is excellent, but an onsite restaurant for dinner would be even better.

Clean facilities with a very helpful host to guide us on the sights to visit. Breakfast was excellent with a beautiful view of the surrounding hills. We unfortunately did not use the facilities (pool and such) as this was just a one night stay on our journey south. We would recommend this place to anyone planning to stay in the Urbino area.

Had to be out of room by 10 so they could clean otherwise they couldn’t do it, but they did bring us extra towels when asked

The view from the room was absolutely stunning. We got an upgrade to the room suite without any additional cost. It was very comfortable. The room and the bathroom were clean and it had Air conditioning which was essential for us. Lovely place!

A bit far from the historical centre, but easy to reach by car.
