The room was a very large open space... lots of floor room/space. Big King bed and large couch(not sure if it was pull out) but comfy to say the least. The shower was nice and updated, walk in rain shower or had normal head as well. Bathroom is nice and bright. The staff was friendly and the receptionist was really cool and sweet. Check in was quick and easy.

The shower head was slightly broken and didn't stay in one place... it kept moving to the walls/door of shower. Larger body towels would be nice. and I personally dont like the word "Motel" so driving up to the location I would've liked to see Hotel or "Inn" like what is advertised on the internet. Lastly I wish there was at least a small microwave in unit.

I'm not going to lie, the reviews scared me.. however, I've learned that we CAN NOT go by what others say.. We reserved the Honeymoon Suite and it was amazing.. The tub was spotless, sheets, spreads were clean.. Had to call up for face cloths.. they had them delivered in seconds.. They have a wonderful Cafe on the corner.. It's all worth it We enjoyed everything about Glen Capri.. I'm ready to book my next stay

The room did not have a room below, which makes for less worries. Do I disturb the downstairs neighbours? The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was excellent.

The facet that I was here alone.I would have preferred to visit together with my wife. But our daughter was moving to NoHo to enrol in college and we drew lots as to who was moving her from Texas to California. And then to think we are living in Singapore, despite the mention of us being in the Philippines by the booking website. Sometimes it is tough to change those.

Our stay was unexpected and I was not expecting much but when I walked through the door I was pleasantly surprised. The bedding was nice and clean the theme and colors were great and I loved the shower! I only had the pleasure of talking with the check in staff who was professional and very nice. Thank you for the experience, I would stay again.

Maybe my stay around have had to be longer because I cant think of anything that I didn't like maybe that it needs a pool!

It smelled extremely fresh soon as we walked in, the shower was amazing! The tv was great, with great channels! Conveniently near some great eateries such as bj’s! We also slept so well. We definitely will be coming back! Hopefully have the same great experience!

There wasn’t anything to dislike

very clean and kept up to date with its facilities managers and employees are nothing but extremely helpful personally my favorite hotel i’ve been at ver very clean nice and cooperative staff and managers perform more than necessary i think i saw julie she was very helpful and polite and kept with customer service to the top

samir the manager onced yelled at me for asking for a discount because of a clogged sink and he threw a fit so work on politeness and respect it goes a long way

The room was perfect! From the outside it was a little skeptical, but the inside looked better than the outside appearance of the motel. My boyfriend and I stayed just for the big spa tub in the honeymoon suite. It was bit expensive, but we loved the room. We had no issue with the room and they also provided Wi-Fi at the property. The staff were kind and attentive to our needs. We would stay at this property again, but cheaper room. Thank you, Glen Capri staff!

I wish they had early check-in.

I love the fact that Staff mind they’re own business they do not make you uncomfortable by bothering you during your stay or are rude, also I love that at times they let you check in early that’s a plus plus that’s one of the main reasons I keep coming back. Nice decent, I believe the owners son provides great customer service super nice. I love coming here really recommend it to anyone also price wise not bad at all, very thrilled with this place I hope they keep blooming business wise and become more successful then they already are.

Theyre is one staff in the front office who is rude and acts like a smart ass all the time he looks Arminian and a new girl that sucks she also acts super smart ass and she has no clue what she’s doing she always needs a staff member to help her. She made me go get cash because she assure my card did not work when I always use the same card.

I liked the location & the inside decor

I didn’t like how the cleaning staff consumed all the coffee by the time I got there to get some. Fresh coffee should have been in rotation and for the guest. I also didn’t like how I got a smoke free room but the room smelled like someone smoked in it previously.

It was a great location for the LA equestrian horse show I was attending. It had a huge shower and a bathtub

Couldn't get the TV to work very well. Kind of a shady location for my room on a busy street and in the corner of the backside of the hotel. I was very glad I was safe but it was sketchy.
