Great room: nice king-sized bed; a double-sided gas fireplace (in both the living space and the bedroom); a soaking tub in the bedroom just outside the bathroom; bathroom was well-stocked, had nice fixtures, was quite large, and had a large shower with several different shower heads; the living space had a coffee maker (a Kurig I think, I don't drink coffee, so didn't take note) and a fridge for holding our leftovers from all the amazing restaurants in the area. The staff greeted us with a welcome bag and a glass of rose for each of us, which was a lovely touch. The musical entertainments by Jacob Philip Benning was incredible and he really had the crowd going with his great selection of tunes that he sang.

I thought they kind of missed the boat as far as the in-room tub went; it should've had jets and bubble bath, in my opinion. The only other thing was, I thought the fireplace could've used a way to adjust the temperature, but I could only find an on/off switch.

Excellent choice for an upscale modern hiker or business traveler. Perfect location. Great modern main reception area, multipurpose hangout that turns into a live music venue in the evening. You actually want to hang out in the lobby, never thought I could say this for a hotel. Amazing and modern room setup, simplistic and spacious. Great bathrooms, TV area, comfortable beds.

AC appears noisy when on, they could consider replacing with ultra quite AC to make it perfect.

I did love the staff. Very acomadating and understanding of what I was trying to accomplished for my guests. 💝 I got the room for my brother and sister in law who had just gotten married. There were no meals included. It was way overpriced and had a terrible view. Actually it did not have a view even though it said it had a town view! ☹️😡

Staff was very friendly and the location was excellent. Parking garage was convenient. Beautiful terrace and good nightly entertainment.

Facilities could use a little maintenance. The lights in the lobby were dusty, the shower tiles needed attention. No hot water but it was fixed after I mentioned it.

Great hotel in the heart of downtown Napa. Very nice staff, beautiful room, comfortable beds, not noisy.

Parking instructions (instruct people to park on street or in back free parking lot until checking in and getting parking pass). We didn’t know where to park for check-in.

The location was incredible. Within walking distance to most attractions in downtown Napa. Very clean with a helpful and friendly staff.

The parking situation. Self park was a little ways away located behind the property. Valet was small and the staff was often overwhelmed by the number of guests. Longer wait time than expected to get our car.

Great location! A nice boutique hotel which really made us feel at home. The glass of wine on check in was a nice touch and the music on the weekend was fantastic! The Terrace with the heat lamps and fire pits nicely decorated for Christmas was a great touch!!

Location is great. Room was comfy.

No outdoor dining/ bar due to rain BUT a hotel of this ilk should have a covered patio area and heaters. Went elsewhere to have cocktails. Lobby music was very loud and made for an overly crowded front entry as guests tried to check in/ out while others tried to sit/ stand to listen to the music, chaotic atmosphere.

It was very nice to be there.

There was not top sheet on our bed, I understand that many people sleep just with duvet, but they should put top sheet and extra blanket in the closet, I did cover my side with the bath robe to be warmed
