Welcoming Manager, friendly, very efficient, clean, great location. Very patient with my poor level of French.

It was too expensive. I assumed this was due to the location but when I arrived I discovered the room rate was significantly less than what I paid! I paid €405 for 3 nights for the economy room and could've paid €315 if I'd booked direct. My fault entirely. A pricey mistake for a solo traveller. Do your research. The hotel has a website where the rates are displayed. Shame I didn't look at it in advance. More fool me!

La Pergola is beautifully situated in the middle of lovely Arcachon, close to the railway station, the unmissable market, the beach and the ferry to Cap Ferret. This is a family run hotel, warmly inviting, with very pleasant rooms, a really nice breakfast, and all the information you need for a splendid stay. I can’t recommend this hotel more highly.

Friendly clean and central. Only a short walk to the beach. It is located in three centre of town and close to shops, bars and supermarket. The restaurants are close-by.

The bathroom was a little small. Parking is difficult in the town but not the fault of the hotel. We dropped off our luggage and then I managed to park for free about 0.5km away. There is paid for parking nearer.

What a lovely little hotel located on one of the main streets of lovely Arcachon! The host was very helpful and welcoming and helped me secure my bicycle at the back of the hotel Room wasn’t massive but for one perfect - tastefully decorated and clean! Breakfast fresh and delicious with proper croissants- not those miniature things!

Maybe water in the room but not a problem with a supermarket yards from the hotel

Small hotel in the center of vibrant Arcachon. All the main attractions are easy reachable within walking distance. The only disadvantage is the access by car, the hotel is on pedestrian zone with no parking. But this can be easily solved by parking in a parking house just around the corner.

Good value for the price! The hotel was in the city center, close to everything. The rooms are a bit small but they are functional. Clean and tidy.

Lack of facilities, no kettle in room, no toilet facilities downstairs and charged for leaving our bags in the lobby for a few hours after checking out
