It was an absolute joy from beginning to end, starting with check in. The apartment was managed by a hotel around the corner and the staff was super friendly and welcoming. They walked us to the apartment and showed us how to easily access the building and then took us through the unit and pointed out all of the features. It was very private and quiet but a stone’s throw from the places we wanted to explore. The hotel has an amazing cafe and we ended up going there every evening for dessert since they offer amazing gluten free cakes, along with everything else. We always rent apartments when we travel so we can cook most of our meals, partly because of dietary restrictions but mostly to enjoy the amazing local ingredients, but it sometimes leaves us feeling a bit unsupported. Having the hotel lobby right around the corner was a real comfort, even though everything was perfect and we never had a problem. They are the best!

The weather was really hot but the AC was flawless!

A lovely apartment on the second floor just around the corner from Hotel Sauce. The staff were very friendly and helpful, particularly with parking the car which was underground round a few tight corners. The apartment itself was really spacious and had a small kitchen complete with a washing machine. The location was perfect - just near the Basilica and El Tubo eating area. As an added bonus the cafe at Hotel Sauce is amazing - great coffee, beautiful cakes and breakfast options.

Not a complaint but a recommendation that you could add some wine glasses to the items in the kitchen.

The staff managing Apartamentos Sabinas were very helpful and sent me reminders and useful information on how to get to them etc prior to our arrival. Communicating with them was very easy as they also use mobile texting. Once we arrived, we collected the keys from the hotel and one of the staff took us to the apartment which was under 5 min walk from the hotel, and explained how everything worked (ie. air con). The apartments have a lift which is ideal for my mum. The beds were very comfortable and good shower too, low shower to accessible for my mum to use it. Everything was clean and had the essentials. On arrival, they also explained where the key places to visit were (we were just by El Pilar Cathedral, so that was excellent). The location of this Hotel and its apartments are in the center of the city so so easy to get to anywehre and means of transport are really good too. So an ideal city break. As bonus - the cafeteria at their hotel - they make their own cakes (I think they said) and their breakfast is delicious and with good variaty. I defenetily recomend to stay at these apartments. If you travel to Madrid or Barcelona, why not to take the AVE train to Zaragoza (under 2 hours - I'm not sure from Barcelona) and spend a night or two here :)

Great location in the centre of old town in Zaragoza. You can see the cathedral from the bedroom and lounge/dining areas. Surrounded by cafes, restaurants and shops, and a short walk to the main shopping, historic and food areas. The kitchen is well equipped with utensils and equipment for self catering. The check in via sauce hotel was easy and they provided a staff member to the unit and to familiarise yourself with it.

The apartment was a perfect place to use as a base for exploring Zaragoza. It is amazingly situated in the old town and was perfect for walking about. I wasn't there long enough to take advantage of everything, but the kitchen was well stocked and very clean. The shower and bathroom area were clean and modern. The staff was super helpful with getting me situated It was a short cab ride to the train station in the morning.

Nothing bad to say; I had a refreshing travel reset night in this more expansive setting than I usually have.

The apartment was clean and spacious enough for two people, with an excellent location. The well-organized kitchen was suitable for cooking. The bathroom was satisfactory, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The highlight of our stay was the view from the room and the delicious breakfast. As vegetarians/vegans, it’s not always easy to find breakfast that is both visually appealing and satisfying. However, the service was a bit confusing; sweets were served before savories, and coffee was served at the end of breakfast unless requested otherwise.

The only downside was the extra bed in the room, which took up a lot of space, making movement uncomfortable. Even opening the windows required solving a logistical puzzle.

We were in Zaragoza for the last day of the Pillar festival and I've never seen so many people and cars on the road. We had to use the hotel's underground car park which was very tight but one of the staff members directed me making the parking much easier. The apartment room over looked the main square with fantastic views of the cathedral. It was very quiet, clean and well equipped. It was air conditioned and we were able to set the temperature to our liking. We were on the third floor which was serviced by a good lift.

The bathroom was accessed from the bedroom it would have been better if it had been from the main room of the apartment but this is being very picky.

Absolutely loved staying here. A stone's throw literally to everything. The rooms are secure and comfortable. They provide everything you need, including a great view of the basilica El Pilar. The communication from the onset during the stay was wonderful, with 24hr reception and cafe. The car parking is across the street in a secure parking garage. Zaragoza is a wonderful city and this is positioned perfectly for you to explore it.

Nothing... It was perfect!

We were able to park the car outside Hotel Sauce where we collected the keys from. The man on reception guided us to the underground private car park first and then to the apartment. The car park was between Hotel Sauce and the apartment and easily accessible for getting other things from our car. Our apartment looked out to the Basilica - WOW factor. Everything was working, very clean, super comfy beds AND pillows. A truly dream place to stay. Everything was within easy walking distance. One restaurant we highly recommend very close by is Celentano. Probably best to book - the food and service were great and good prices. The rest of the bars around "El Tubo" tapas area were 10 mins walk and an absolute must to experience more than once. Unfortunately the Museum of Origami was closed as they were changing the exhibition, but another slightly different place to visit - they have temporary art exhibitions there as well. We loved our time here and if we ever come north again to Zaragoza, wouldn't stay anywhere else. The Hotel Sauce has a lovely cafe on the ground floor for breakfast etc.

The location and the view are unbeatable. The basilica is just outside the window. And the old town on your doorstep. Not noisy, though, as it has good windows. Comfy bed. Good kitchen with all you need to prepare breakfast etc. Very delicious cakes at the cafe attached to the apartment at Hotel Sauce

The room/apartment was slightly "over furnished." No headboard for the bed. There is only one bedside table. And the bed is so close to the actual toilet you could almost touch it...
