Their breakfast was amazing! They provided us with gluten-free bread which was delicious. They had very good coffee and a wide selection of food. The hotel itself is beautiful and staff very helpful. It is located in the very city centre.

If you're a light sleeper, this is not the hotel for you. It's right in the city centre, so you hear people from the pub across the street almost half the night. When the pub closes, you still hear cars passing by, because the windows are not very well isolated. And if you're unlucky like us, you hear your neighbours snoring the whole night. When we finally managed to get some sleep in the morning, another neighbour switched on their TV and we could hear their programme almost as if they were in our room. Another disadvantage is that they charge you extra for parking in their garage. Also the beds could have been more comfortable, but they weren't bad.

Amazing. Truly, truly amazing stay. Just at the heart of the town. 1. The size of the room was marevlous! Clean, with lots of amenities, on the best location at the hotel. 2. The friendliness of the staff - we were at lots of places, this staff was truly amazing. 3. The breakfast - where do I even begin? So many options. No matter what you taste - it tastes good.

The restaurant at the lobby of the hotel needs a serious wake-up call! A regular dinner service was so slow it took us 3.5 hours just to finish the dinner. We gave up on dessert simply because we didn't have more time to spare.

The Breakfast was delicious and substantial. The location was within walking distance of all the sights. Unfortunately we missed the Christmas market.

We took a side trip to Bolzano and stayed at a different hotel when we returned. The other hotel was in the same neighbourhood and a much better value for us as we did not use some of the amenities that the Post offered.

Very nice room for the value. The mattress very firm. I have back problems and I slept very well. Excellent location in the city easily accessible to shopping, bars, restaurants and excellent dine in facilities.

The shower could be of a better type, body shower raised in the middle of the bathtub, but, similar to other hotels with same layout. the Tize of the bathroom and two sinks compensated the overall feeling.

Room was spacious and clean. Location was quite central. there is a supermarket just beside the hotel. Parking is very secured with gates.

Room design was a bit dated although it was renovated in 2020. Room could do with more lights, it was quite dark, esp the area at the dresser in the room.

We spent few days at the hotel and we experienced a lovely atmosphere: the staff were gentle and always at disposal, the guide who accompanied us to the Braies lake joyful and the location clean and superb. 100% recommend!

The hotel was in a great location, a short walk from the train station and close by to plenty of restaurants and shops. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The gym facilities were excellent and the breakfast was to a good standard. We really enjoyed our stay here in Brunico and would recommend to other travellers!

It is located right in a city center so it can be noisy from the street and cafes there. Hotel has a nice facilities and great sauna complext with steam room, infra-sauna, finish sauna and semi hot sauna. Good breakfast with fresh bread every day

Noise from the street on Friday and during the weekend from cafe/club downstairs and the cafes on the opposite side.

We thought it was fantastic! The location is very central to everything in Brunico. Our room was nice and very comfortable. Good wifi. We didn't have the breakfast but it should be comparable to others in the region, which were very good and had a nice spread of options.

I liked the location, it' awesome.

I didn't like that much that instead of 1 queen/king bed we had 2 twin beds. They moved relative to each other😞
