THE STAFF, IT IS THEY THAT MADE THIS TRIP A RELAXING AND ENJOYABLE EXPERIENCE. THE LIKES OF DILIP, SAYAN AND OTHERS IN THE DINING AREA, FRONT DESK STAFF, THOSE USHERING OUR CARS IN AND OUT THE MAIN DOORS SEVERAL TIMES A DAY, THE GYM STAFF AND OF COURSE THE LEVEL 3 CLEANERS. EACH AND EVERY ONE OF THEM EVEN THOUGH I HAVE NOT CALLED THEM OUT BY NAME IS WORTHY OF MERIT POINTS AND MAKE THIS PLACE WHAT IT IS - A HOME AWAY FROM HOME.

THE BATHROOOM FOR SOME REASON WAS ALWAYS FOGGED UP AFTER A SHOWER AND WOULD TAKE ALMOST AN HOUR TO CLEAR UP. ADDITIONALLY WATER WOULD SEEP OUT FROM THE SHOWER CUBICLES ENTRANCE AND SOAK THE ENTIRE ENTRANCE WAY INTO THE TOILET, SO WE WOULD PLACE TOWELS ON THE FLOOR TO ABSORB THE WATER.

Breakfast was the best - Good options to choose from Indian Breakfast, Continental both were available at your service. Good Service from staff at breakfast hall. I would name Aishwarya was very courteous to her duties in checking if we needed assistance. Swimming Pool - Was the Best of all, me and my son really enjoyed the roof top pool. Well maintained, clean, good view of goa from roof top, The person i would name here is Nalini - Pool attendant who needs accolade for his amazing Service at roof top. Amazing Roof Top Drinks served beside pool, enjoy the wind flowing. This is the best experience i had so far.

Front service desk could have been more accommodating to Guests requests, especially when a traveler comes really tired at hotel and despite sharing all details of booking.com and Aadhar card (person who has booked the hotel) given as proof and you still ask for Aadhar card of the whole family when i have provided the Aadhar card as proof for Booking. I would recommend if the front desk staff to be courteous towards international guests and if you need certain proofs then mention the same online or request the information so that we can email or send the proofs before arriving to the hotel and not waste time at the hotel entrance.

Well appointed rooms with all the amenities. Appreciated having the iron in the room, plenty of drinking water etc. Very clean. Area is quiet and walkable, still some good restaurants are around, for all budgets. Staff is professional and helpful. I would especially like to thank Mr Arpit from the reception for his help and kindness and for respecting my wishes about the room type - much appreciated! Restaurants staff is also good and professional: especially the restaurant manager, and a young Assamese waiter and a young Goan waitress. Thank you!

Coffee at breakfast could be improved (both filter and cappuccino). Having stayed 6 nights I would appreciate more variety in vegetarian options. Hair dryer with a button that you have to hold all the time while drying is tiring for your hand if you have long hair. Otherwise quality of hair dryer is good (various heat and power options).

I had an amazing experience at this hotel, thanks to the exceptional staff! Anusha, one more lady with specs and a senior lady. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a warm and friendly welcome. Every staff member I interacted with went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and memorable. The service was prompt, professional, and always with a smile. Whether I needed assistance with recommendations or had questions about amenities, the staff was always available and eager to help. Mr. Jay at the pool side was very friendly and helpful person.

To be honest, everything was very good. Staff are exceptionally pleasant and helpful. Our room had been refurbished recently and was delightful. Our booking did not include breakfast but we ate at the Tamari restaurant on two occasions and the food was exceptionally good. And, as ever, the rooftop pool is an absolute delight. The location is also very good for exploring on foot and for proximity of taxi and tuktuk stands.

The service is 6/5. They made us feel very welcome. At Vivanta, you feel like a very special guest. Whatever you need, just ring the 24/7 reception, and it will be in your room within a minute. The team promptly arranged taxis at the last minute - the hotel cab was available for us at all times, and has saved us a lot of worries dealing with the local taxis. The driver has been very kind, and accompanied us on our adventures around Goa. They also gave us some advice on visiting local beaches, exchanged currency directly in the hotel, and made sure we have everything we need. We also got a room with an amazing jungle view.

The hotel needs a revamp, some things are quite outdated for a 5 star hotel. The pastry shop downstairs has a great variety and service but the quality could be better. Well, these are the only things I can say since for the rest they've been exceptional.

The quality of the hotel was excellent. But it would mean little without the hospitality of the excellent staff. Their kindness and willingness to ensure we had everything we needed made our visit memorable. The room service team were friendly and amazing, responding any requests immediately. The young man in the gym was also great, helping us during our morning workout. The reception staff were friendly, jovial and knowledgeable. The door staff outside were also great. We’d enjoy a chat, have a laugh with them and they made us feel welcome every day. Breakfast was 10/10 each day, with enough variety and changes from day to day so that it did not get boring. The kitchen staff and waiters would come and check on us regularly and make things to order if we desired. Never have I had this level of service in other hotels I’ve stayed at around the world. Whilst there are cheaper options to stay in Goa, the facilities and level of service means that this hotel is worth every penny and I would recommend it highly to friends and family.

Only thing that would be nice in the spa is a hot tub/whirlpool to relax in after the gym, steam and sauna. But that is a minor thing as apart from that we had everything we needed

Everything was perfect. Check in and Check out very quick and smooth. Good variety at breakfast Excellent room service. Wifi is very good. Easy to figure out TV. Excellent housekeeping. Cannot single out a particular member of staff as every time it was someone new to me, but each of them was exceptionally prompt and courteous. Whether it's restocking of tea/coffee/water supplies, giving me extra soft pillows, or replacing the iron and towels: everything's handled quick, smoothly and with a smile. Cannot thank them all enough

There's a huge difference between kitchen's day shift and night shift's cooking. The quality of food of the night's shift is much better. Bacon smelled (was) old each day that we were there. Would be really good to have bathrobes

Everything At Vivanta Goa was amazing from my check in until check out.I would like to thank the Vivanta staff for their amazing hospitality the best one I can say.Mr.Smith at the front desk was amazingly helpful .Mr.Anupam at the restaurant was amazing.He was very warm and welcoming all throughout our trip.Though the breakfast was crowded he made it a point to go to every single table and see everyone is comfortable.My special thanks to Ms. Anunciacio for her kindness and amazing hospitality .She was very welcoming and attended us whenever we asked for anything.He beautiful smile and her welcoming nature to everyone is very impressive.I would definitely love to visit Vivanta Panaji again and I recommend everyone to look out for these amazingly beautiful people so they can provide you with their services.

Everything was perfect

The staff wasexcellent,caring,cooperative ,attentive and supportive. Mr Tipanna,Mr Arpit, and Mr Ravi at the desk executed their duties excellently. In the Latitude restaurant Mr Dilip kumar ,mr Aditya and Mr Ajay served delicious food and their service was prompt and excellent. The buffet spread and the food served was tasty and delicious and excellent. Not to forget the chauffer Mr Deepak was well versed about all the tourist spots and attended to all our needs during our stay. The food served in all the restaurants here is tasty and awesome. The rooms were spacious, clean and well maintained throughout our stay.Overall we had a comfortable and a memorable stay.
