The staff and facility were above board. Layout of the hotel was spacious and a warm and inviting outside sitting area with a fireplace.

Furniture seemed very old fashion and out of contrast with the room. It reminded me of old government furniture that no one is using anymore. Kitchen unit was adequate but very cramped. You couldn't access the bottom storage compartment of the refrigerator because the door would not open fully caused by the restriction of opening towards the room door which allowed no more room to fully open the frig door.

Overall this is a nice facility but the lobby area needs some updates. When checking in they still had up what looked like Fall / Halloween decorations when it was Christmas. That gives the appearance of being understaffed. The hallways also need a bit of sprucing up. The rooms were very nice oversized nicely cleaned and excellent beds and pillows. With a little care to the lobby they could be a top-rated hotel.

There was also someone who was having a problem checking in they had reservation problems. My reservation went quickly and easily. But I felt that they needed to put attention on the decor of the lobby

It was a beautiful hotel which was quiet to minimize the sounds from outside. There was a patio with a fire pit that was very inviting. The kitchen was able to make me a special breakfast that avoided all my food issues.

The location was certainly not prime and was difficult to navigate to it. It would have been nice to have been within walking distance to restaurants. I called as we were about an hour away and the phone was not answered in a very professional way.

Loved the comfortable dining area, the fire pit outside was great! The room was huge, with sink, stove, big refrigerator. Close to excellent restaurants. It was very quiet at night - much appreciated. The breakfast was excellent- better than most hotels.

Cleanliness, great shower,great quiet and comfortable rooms,two separate bedrooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Provided us with top floor room as requested.

Elevator was a little slow but we did ask for top floor! We loved our super quiet room and although property was pet friendly, we didn’t hear one barking dog. Nothing to dislike about our stay.

They were doing remodeling, seemed like a pretty new place, didn’t know why they were working on it. The pool didn’t have any towels. Would like to see a hot tub.

Great staff, delicious breakfast, good location. I especially liked the fact you offered a bath mat for the shower for my 81 and 86 year old parents to use to keep them from falling.

I have addressed this on a different Towneplace location. I assume it was a design choice by the architectural firm not to use a drive through portico for loading and unloading luggage on your properties. Although it was not raining on this occasion it could cause problems for guests in the future. It’s just a suggestion for future locations. I can’t believe it would be that much more expensive to build and is very helpful if someone arrives or leaves in a downpour.

Breakfast was pretty bad, but that’s not unusual for a place like this. Everything else was great though.

Great atmosphere and clean!

Your front desk receptionist Jasmine was very rude to her coworker in front of 9 guests in the continental breakfast area. The gentleman working the breakfast area handed out goodie trays on Christmas to guests, and she called him stupid and said he wasn't to do that in front of everyone eating. You could see his christmas cheer instantly deflate, and he hid in the back the rest if the 40 minutes we sat in the area.
