Luxury Two-Bedroom Villa This villa features a full kitchen and laundry facilities.

There is a spacious living/dining area and two bathrooms. Guests can enjoy splendid views of Pacific Ocean from their private balcony. Please note that there is no capacity for additional guests.

*To get to the bedrooms, once inside the Villa, there is a flight of stairs with handrail. Staff will assist with luggage when you check in. For most (but not all) Villas there is also a flight of stairs outside from the road/parking area to the Villa entrance door.

Luxury One-Bedroom Villa This villa features a full kitchen and laundry facilities.

There is a spacious living/dining area and an private bathroom with a bathtub. Guests can enjoy splendid views of Pacific Ocean from their private balcony. Please note that there is no capacity for additional guests.

Luxury Studio This studio features a kitchenette, Sky and/or Smart TV, an private bathroom (with shower but not a bath) and a patio with ocean views. Please note that there is no capacity for additional guests. Please note: While 7 of 8 Studios have excellent unobstructed full sea views, one studio (Studio 16) has a partial view obstruction (a small carport) to the extreme left of panoramic sea view. (Please see included image).

The Studio kitchenette does not have an oven/stove-top. A small portable gas BBQ is available to rent, by request, (subject to availability).

All Studios have a portable fan and heater (but no air-conditioning).

Studios have free unallocated, uncovered parking bay spaces near the Studios (10-98 ft depending on Studio allocation). The covered parking spaces outside the Studio are allocated to the upstairs Villa guests (but may be available for Studio guests to use if the Villa is not already booked during your stay. We will advise on check-in).
