Breakfast location was great - so much light, setup was spacious, good variety of food, staff very friendly, professional and helpful, toilet very clean too. In summary, it was a nice place to have breakfast and chill, relax, atmosphere/environment very calm and reassuring.

On one of the mornings, a staff insisted to seat us at a specific table which I preferred not to (I do not like sitting in the sun or nearby center table where a lot of people are walking up and down to get food). Please allow guests to choose own table, thank you.

Excellent hotel with attentive staff. I expressed a preference for a quiet room. Was given a nice room on the 14th floor, which was more quiet and tranquil than a beachfront bungalow on Samui, while located right in the heart of Sukhumvit. Would definitely stay here again.

The property is well connected to the BTS station by a covered back alley. They should inform the guests about this during check-in as it is extremely convenient, especially on rainy days.

Breakfast was amazing. We would wake up to use the gym and go to our breakfast buffet earlier so we can savour more of the food there. Love the combination of cold cuts and greens available too. The japanese breakfast spread is really goodd.

I loved everything at Hotel Nikko, but the staff were what made it special. We felt seen and cared for and, when we had a minor complaint about another guest, they dealt with it effectively and with compassion. I also received a nice letter and small gift from the duty manager which I thought was exceptional. One person in particular who was really helpful and kind was Khun Botan Chaipakdee, Cluster Food & Beverage Manager. I'd like to commend her, the duty manager that day and also the concierge.

This is the most comfortable stay I've ever had in Bangkok. The location is, no doubt, the best spot. The breakfast buffet with Japanese food in line was a great start to my day. The bed sheets were crisp and clean. Comfy bed. The amenities and the cleanliness in the bathroom are thumbs up. The staff were also attentive and helpful when checking in and out. We had to leave the luggage for 2 nights and back again. And the day we came back, the staff had already put our luggage in the new room. Very thoughtful service. I've never said this to any hotel, but Hotel Nikko is the one we're gonna come back to for sure.

People were very friendly. The bathroom with a greath bath and separate shower and in addition a separate toilet. Comfortble bed. Television with many channels. Special thanks to the manager of lunches/catering. She was very friendly helping me with gluten free options. Also Mr. New (concierge) was extremely friendly and helped me greatly.

Maybe there should be a guide in the room indicating what facilities you can find in the building. Like: spa, barber, restaurants etc.

Great rooms, modern and comfortable. We asked for an extra bed for our daughter and the other one slept with us in the king bed. Breakfast was very good as well as a very comfortable swimming pool area. Service and staff were great at all levels. Was my wife birthday and they delivered a small cake in our room without us asking anything. They just checked the date when we gave the passports at check in. This shows their attention to the customer. Good location with skytrain just a 5 minutes walk. A lot of restaurants and shops around the hotel.

Really clean, breakfast was good, and staff was very helpful.

I had difficulty changing channels on the television. I did not encounter that in the past. Also, should have more channels such as BBC, CNN. The cupboard hinges need to be tightened. The doors did not close properly. One evening I needed another towel. I called front desk, housekeeping, emergency, operator and no one picked up the phone. So I went down to the 6th floor and took a pool towel! that was quite frustrating! If it had been a real emergency, I would not have been able to get help.
