The apartment was spacious with a decent back yard and a nice kitchen. Staff is very helpful and courteous. Parking is free compare to other facilities that offers charged parking. The property is pet friendly.

The property is located close to flight path due to which there is noise specially early morning when most of the flights take offs. The entrance to the apartment is not welcoming with narrow passage and besides service area (laundry, garbage bins etc.). The laundry and drying facility is charged compare to other similar hotel apartments which offers free laundry. The apartment had only a single toilet and bathroom.

They were so lovely and accommodating with a late check in, they even went into the room before we checked in as they knew we would be late and turned the AC on for us and some lights on in the room so we didn’t have to arrive in the dark. The facilities were so good and clean I am always worried about travelling with kids and the property is not clean. But this property was amazing. The room actually Surprised me of how much room there was and how big it was. I will 100% recommend this place to anyone and if passing back through I will be staying there again

The room was beautiful and had everything i needed for a comfortable stay for the night before my flight. There were snacks available to add on which was great as i arrived late at night and the restaurants had already closed, and there was a coffee machine for the morning :) The bed was very comfortable and the decor of the room was beautiful.

I dont think there was a lift facility up to the top floor which is where my room was located and i had quite heavy bags so struggled a bit with this.

The manager made us feel very welcome and managed to extend our stay at short notice which we greatly appreciated as my father had passed away at the nearby Infin8 Care Nursing Home in Bilambil Heights. This is the 3rd time we have stayed at this motel and our son and his family and other family members have stayed there also. It has been really good for us all.

It was tough for us to have an upstairs room (even though it was very nice!) - we had forgotten to ask for a downstairs room. When we return next month we have asked for a downstairs room.

There is nothing but excellence here! This is the find every family holiday needs! It's the attention to the big and little details that we loved about this motel. Check in was easy (even though we were after hours), cost was very reasonable, and parking was on location, safe and close to our room. There is a pool with plenty of space to lay around, a games room, a communal BBQ and laundry. In the rooms there are suggestions for day trips, half day trips and restaurants. The motel is pet friendly and although we didn't have any pets with us this time, the love for all things fluffy was evident! There is a basket of goodies that can be purchased as well as basic complimentary supplies that were very appreciated after a late night and long day! The location is superb, only a few minutes drive from the coolangatta esplanade and town of Tweed Heads. It honestly doesn't get any better than this!! We will definitely stay again!!!

Beautifully presented room. Very comfortable beds. Mini bar. Tele. Top quality linen. New bathroom. Enough space for me and my two adult sons.

The man who took my key was very abrupt and I felt very unwelcome. It was right on 10am (checkout time) and he told me he had been looking for us to return the key - we were in our room packing our stuff? Considering the rest of our stay was amazing, we left wondering if we would stay there again. There was no greeting from him - he didnt even say hello, no how was your stay, no see you again sometime.... Would we stay again- possibly - but this young man needs to learn some customer service skills. Apart from this last minute experience at the venue, we loved every thing else about the property. You could see the effort they put in to welcome their guests and give guests a good experience - everything was top quality - so I don't understand the discrepancy.

It was comfortable to be at this property. Facilities were great. Really good to see the motel renovated. All the little details put in to make the property presentable made it feel that more safer to be at.

The bed was too soft. It felt like there was no support to the mattress at all. Also didn’t like the rudeness upon checkout. I went to talk to reception about a couple of things I noticed in the room (toilet seat wasn’t fixed properly and parts of the couch ripped). The staff member with the black Ute (cutting trees) didn’t seem like they wanted to hear any of it and just told me to put the key in the box and go.

Superb arrangement on how to collect our key as we had arrived outside of the reception time at 11pm. Host left us a sweet note stating that they had left the airconditioner and light on for us. Felt so cosy and welcomed! Host also informed us that we could check out an hour later. Grateful for that. Housekeeping staff left candies for us on the bed, such a sweet gesture! We had a very good rest as the beds were so comfortable! Room was very clean and bathroom was spacious. Wifi worked perfectly well.

We had only one night there. Wpuld love to stay longer! We were quite confused by the time. Even though the property is near the Gold Coast airport, it is an hour ahead of Gold Coast. Then we realised that the property is considered to be in NSW.

Easy booking, easy communication, easy late self-check in, lovely comfortable beds and we were kindly offered a late check out, as we’d arrived very late in the evening.

A tad disappointed not to have been able to enjoy the fab coffee in the morning as there’s a great machine and pods provided, but there was no milk. Being Easter weekend, there was no reception til 2 pm either. By the time we found someone to get the us milk we had decided to check out and head to a local cafe. But it not a deal breaker, we’d happily stay again.

The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean. Recently renovated bathroom. Complimentary coffee pods to go with the coffee machine were very thoughtful and tasted great. Nice swimming pool. Well sound proofed, we couldn't hear anyone else in other rooms which was great. Great shower, nice and hot.

For our family, we like firm mattresses. The mattresses were very soft. We still slept well. The mattresses were new and not old and I realise some guests love a soft mattress, but not us. This would not stop us from coming back as the accomodation was fantastic and the room price great value.
