The hotel is conveniently located just a short walk from the Petra Visitor Center, the entrance to the archaeological site, and the museum. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming — they explained everything clearly and even helped us arrange a taxi to Petra. The room was spacious, very clean, comfortable, and equipped with air conditioning. Everything was in perfect order, and we had a great experience overall. But what really stood out was the honesty and kindness of the staff. I accidentally left a sum of money in the room after checking out. The next day, the hotel staff contacted me to let me know and invited me to return to collect it. When I came back, they returned the full amount without hesitation. They even told me that if guests forget things, they’re happy to send them to another country if needed. Huge thanks to the team for their attention and integrity. Highly recommended!

The hotel is in a great location very close to Petra. We walked to the Petra visitor centre and we were there in 10 minutes. The staff is fantastic and extremely hospitable. It was my husband's birthday and they arranged a birthday cake for him and we celebrated it in the restaurant. We booked a suite and the room was spacious and modern. We were pleasantly surprised with how nice the rooms were. We hired a car and the parking is right in front of the hotel. Breakfast is good and they do make fresh omelette and pancakes which kids loved.

There was a power cut in the area but the hotel doesn't have a generator. It doesn't happen very often so not a big issue. The restaurant is clean however they could do with some investment in presenting the food in a better and cleaner way. For example, cake and biscuits lids and trays are not clean and broken. the breakfast is served till 9:30 but is very limited towards the end.

Location is off main road but convenient to lots of shops and food. Very close to the entrance gate to Petra and Museum. The heart of Jordan restaurant is close and is very reasonable and close.

Showers are very small for me. I am 6'3", so probably not for average sized people. The wifi was off and on and several times could not conect, a big deal when you have to use to communicate with people.

Very friendly staff (especially with children), good location, facilities/rooms/bathrooms newly renovated and clean, small but functional. The breakfast buffet was good, and we were offered lunches ($) to bring to Petra. The restaurant at the top floor is new and they serve the BEST food we've had our whole trip. It was soooo delicious! Was like real homemade food, tasty and we even asked for more (even with generous portions). The restaurant looks like nothing yet but trust us, you have to eat there (we went every night of our stay). We had a crib in our room. We would stay there again without hesitation

Breakfast is very basic. Caution: the property is on a hill, so if you’re walking, there’s a fair bit of climbing.

We were on tourist street which is a short walk to the Petra museum and the front entrance to the trail as well as taxis that took us to the back entrance. The hotel staff were very informative and let us know about the back entrance so we’re informed and could choose which way we went into the trail. The hotel was new and the bathroom and shower facilities were beautiful. The included breakfast was nice and the staff were friendly and responded to requests.

The area in Jordan has water issues so the shower pressure and hot water wasn’t what we were accustomed to.

Really nicest staff I ever met, Super nice view , Super clean hotel and modern, I really enjoyed staying here, I forgot my laundry bag with all my dirty clothes, they kept it until I came back to collect it and they even cleaned it for me for free!!! Thank you so much , really best hotel in Petra

I got a beautiful and comfy room, really luxury level. The host, Abdullah was amazing, a one-man show of concierge, tour organisator, personal driver and breakfast chef. I highly recommend this hotel, when you are in Petra.

Very big room, very clean and with brand new furniture! Friendly staff and excellent dinner! Breakfast was ok, but it can be improved, with more choice.

On the way back from Petra site, the hotel is uphill (quite steep, for about 15 minutes walk). I would recommend getting from the hotel to the entrance of Petra site and back by car, because the hotel is uphill (quite steep...15min walk) and one can be already too tired ;-)

The recepcionist was kind and funny. The hotel provide taxi service. Good breakfast. Comfortable mattress and shower.

The aisle didnt have presence detection and the light is on during the night. The shower didnt have a caddy to place the shampoo and gel. Bad accesibility, you have to go up and go down several stretch of stairs.
