The property is a perfect location. The staff is nice. Our corner room was quiet but the view of parking garage was not. I loved the shower and beds were very comfortable. Love the high ceilings!

The continental breakfast was not really great. Was expecting at least hot oatmeal. My family was looking forward to a waffle machine as most places have. For an upscale restaurant it was lacking. The coffee machine , however was excellent. Also, hooks in rooms is highly needed! We had a little sitting bench which would be ideal for hooks on wall for all winter gear especially with family and jackets. Not enough with just bathroom hooks. Also very helpful for maids to not have jackets all over the beds and floor before cleaning room. Hooks are a must!

The location in downtown Concord was fantastic. walking distance to many restaurants and cute shops.

The room we were assigned with our Booking reservation was very small. The king bed was much too tight in the space (could barely get out on one side) and the room was quite small for a “luxury king”. The windows didn’t open and there was no access to the balcony. I thought the picture of the room online was a bit deceptive. But there are many rooms available that are more spacious and many have doors to the outside balcony. Unfortunately we were given a very basic room. If I had known we would have asked for an upgrade. Next time…

Very Generous room size, stylish decor, well maintained and great location to walk to everything downtown. Staff was always friendly, helpful And informative. Gym was well equipped and large for a hotel facility.

Breakfast was nothing special, Basically a continental breakfast, paper plates etc.

Convenient location to downtown, it was clean, neat and had all the amenities you could need. Comfortable rooms, Views on 6the floor where amazing. Tv sucked!

Accessing the elevator w/ key prob, had nothing but problems with it and had have key reassigned too offer but was very inconvenient. Direct -Tv was the worst….tv remote was bad too…pain in the butt trying to change channels-no good

Perfect location to attend Center for the Arts event. Fine breakfast. Close to dining options. Very quiet room. Comfortable bed. Complimentary parking in attached covered parking lot just steps from lobby. Nice large shower. Easy checkout.

Attached restaurant was too busy to get in but other options were available within walking distance.

The room was huge. Our room had windows that looked out onto the city. There were remotes to open and close the drapes. The bed was king sized and very comfortable. The bathroom had a walk in shower and nice amenities. Coffee maker in the room too with bottles of water

We liked everything

The room was spacious and fashionable, loved that they added Alexa so we could ask about the weather and close by restaurants. It's in a nice location, on the main street of Concord (downtown) and the parking is free. The breakfast was nice, they made sandwiches, there were bottles of soft drinks, muffins, snacks (like 'nature valley') and a coffee machine that you could choose also french vanilla and hot chocolate. Overall, a good experience and i might come back one day :)

A little expensive, but it might be the high season.

The room was BEAUTIFUL. and so clean. The soaps smelled amazing. Love that there is a fridge in the room.

The bed was very firm. I know it’s some folks preference but too hard for us. The climate control was great but too quiet! We are used to fans/white noise and the lack of sound was deafening, made it hard to sleep and we could hear folks coming and going all night. they didn’t have fans available either. again this is a preference, I’m sure some folks like it quiet.

Very nice and well appointed. Nice restaurant attached to hotel. Walking distance to many things. Excellent staff —friendly and helpful

Somewhat limited parking for visitors

the property was so clean, the staff were very helpful and friendly, and the amenities are greatly appreciated.

my only (very minor) inconvenience was that the hotel offers electronic room keys via an app and we were never able to successfully get it to work. thankfully, the traditional room key cards worked fine. one suggestion for a small improvement would be for the televisions in the rooms to have the functionality to log into Netflix or similar apps.
