Very cozy, feel like home, they arranged us 2 rooms opposite to eachother. The staff people are super nice and helpful, all thanks 🙏🙏 to Emran, he is a real wonderful person together with all the staff(sorry can't recall the names), but they're super nice. The location of the hotel is in a cozy neighborhood very close to Ortakoy main attraction, 500 meters walking distance (7 minutes), The bus station is also 7 minutes away. To reach Taksim you ride 12 stops around 11 minutes you're there if traffic is ok. Breakfast was nice continental, the nice people also made us omlets for the kids.👍

Nothing, the only thing we can mention is that the location is up a hill when you come back at the end of the day (walking) you need to climb up the street for around 7 minutes. But you enjoy the neighborhood so it's not that big deal.

The staff are absolutely amazing, felt like home. There was coffee and tea downstairs and free water and juice boxes at all times. The breakfast is the same everyday. But it was good and had multiple items. The staff were ready to assist with everything and anything we asked, sometimes before we even ask.

The stairs were very small. They did not change the bedsheets during our entire 6 day stay. One of the bathrooms smelled bad at all times, probably a sewage problem. Some bathrooms were spacious while other were incredibly small, but they were all clean and modern.

We had the suite room with jacuzzi and it was nice. The breakfast was real Turkish breakfast The staff super helpful and friendly so we can't thank you enough!!! The position super close to ferry and Bosphourus bridge.

The position - if you are tired. You have to walk up a stiff cliff..even if Istanbul is on hills.

Very friendly and welcoming staff ( All Turks are very friendly and Welcoming as well) who were always there to help whenever needed. accommodated my special request for late breakfast time and also helped me with sorting my toll road ticket to translate and offered to ring the company to resolve. Big thanks to Abla at the front desk. Peaceful location at very affordable price with free parking space in busy Ortakoy area.

Staff is really nice and try to help with every problem. Fixed most of it, kept room clean, brought enough supplies. The room has a nice comfy bed and lovely design. Wi-fi, hot water, air conditioning.

Many things falling apart (like clay hangers in bathroom or even curtains), but staff helped with all of my requests. Room is really small, especially bathroom, but okay for a couple night-stays. They also had that system where you only have electricity when you put your room card in special holder, so not sure if fridge was working? Fortunately i didn't have many products that go bad quickly and i am not sure about it, so ask beforehand if that's important. The only really upsetting thing - it on a hill so it's kinda hard walk up there, there is a easier road but still not that easy reachable (it's like 45 degree roads). Also it's a common thing in Istanbul. Though neighborhood is nice, quiet and pretty, bus stop is in like 15 min.

*Location is OK, if took about 10 minutes walking to nearest bus station in Ortakoy. *Staff were helpful and explaining everything for you upon your request. *Room size is OK.

*Bathroom was very small. *Breakfast is not Buffeh like all hotels I have visited, they just serve you omlet, cheese, honey and cheese. *if you want to wash your clothes, be sure that they only wash them, not iron as they will ask you for soooooooo much money for that even without asking you, which I highly didn't like and also my family face the same problem at other hotel.

location was perfect despite being on a hill but access to the center. Room was the right size as it is a base. Bathroom is modern and very clean which was great to see. bed was comfortable and enough towels etc. very good for the price which exceeded my expectation

probably properly being on a hill but that is instanbul. Also located beside a school so noisy in the morning during the week but that is a minor gripe

The hotel is in a quiet location, rare in Istanbul. Rooms are well laid out and comfortable. The biggest plus are the staff, they were all super helpful, lovely, friendly and made the hotel feel like home. This was very much appreciated as both my partner and I sadly were ill on our holiday. Thank you all at Bellezza, you were just amazing Would highly recommend.

The hill is hard work but you can easily get taxi up, I just decided I'd walk 😁

Centrally located, easy to get to almost any district. Staff is friendly. The room was spacious enough and the bathroom was modern and stylish. Breakfast was simple but always fresh and tasty.

Two of three mattresses were hard with protruding springs. Also, be aware about the fact that the hotel is located on the hill (was okey for us but may be hard to someone to go up and down). On weekdays, children from the next-door kindergarten can be heard in the morning.

Very nice boutique hotel with a lovely rooms so kind staff and good central location. There is also parking. and the staff iwas Incredible polite and helpful.Breakfast was so delicious. I wsh to come back!
