Very good location. It is just 5-minute walking distance from the railway station, from where you can go up to the Schnneberg with Schneebergbahn. You can park at the hotel (included in the price) and you can leave the car there during you trip up to the hill and back. The room was refurbished and clean. We ate dinner here as well, which was OK. The breakfast was good, but nothing special.

The bed was very soft, which was not so comfortable for me, but it varies (maybe someone likes it). At the dinner it was cold, but the landlady offered blanket (which was very nice of her). We ate breakfast on Sunday, so maybe that was the reason, but the famous Austrian "brötchen" (small bread) was very dry and hard.

The location was great, with nice views from the balcony. The room was comfortable, with a nice bathroom. Breakfast was fair enough and our hosts were helpful. Free parking is an advantage. The little garden is amazing with a “secret” passage which allowed us to get easy to the train station

The restaurant was a little bit “ outdated”. It would have been nice to have flowers on the balcony

We had a deluxe room, everything was as pictured before the booking, clean and nice. Walking distance to the Salamander train. Staff was nice and friendly. It was pleasant stay.

There was no vegetable on breakfast, just pickles & be aware that bathroom is from the room separated just with glas and no proper wall, so keep that in mind if you are not travelling with your partner :) or maybe ask before booking.

Property was nice and it was well maintained. Room was clean and ok for the price. Breakfast is good. I will say overall experience is good and will definitely come again.

The check in time rule policy . If u checked in late (after the specified hour) u will get late check in fine. In other hotel that I had stayed never heard of late check in fine. I think every hotel had their own policy.

Good value for money. Very good location in the heart of Schneeberg. It's quiet, and with a room facing the mountains, you can hear the stream gently passing through the garden. Very pleasant to wake up to. The breakfast was good, and the coffee was excellent. The view from the balcony was magnificent. Try the homemade cookies in the bar!

I really enjoyed my stay. The staff was great - helpful, friendly, and made me feel welcome. They were always willing to go the extra mile. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect - close to everything I wanted to see and do. I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great experience!

Lovely location, newly renovated room, good value for price, warm showers.

Too cold in the rooms (but temperature were hot on the day and cold in the evening, thus heating struggled).

Hotel was very cozy and authentic. Everything in hotel makes staying calm and comfortable. Stuff is hospitable and attentive to every little details

Pure breakfast, but there was enough food to charge for hiking until the lunch

Good location close to train station but quiet enough and fine view of Schneeberg from balcony. Bathroom was compact but fine for a short stay.

Dinner, included in half board, was a little odd: crabsticks on tinned pineapple? I would go out for meals next time. Breakfast was fine.

This was my third time staying here and I’ll keep coming back. It has everything we need. Good spa facilities, nice breakfast, and near the Schneeberg hiking trails.

The dinner included in the half board is not the best value for money, especially the vegetarian option.
