Great location at the airport, easy to get to with the airport shuttle, check-in was quick and smooth. The reception staff helped us so much with finding the right rooms for our family and accommodated a room change with a smile and no fuss. Great service! Especially after a long day of travelling with 2 kids and lots of luggage. We stayed in a triple room, which is great for parents and one child. The common facilities are great with a lot of space, 3 restaurant options and with a modern interior feel. The bar is very good, has a nice vibe and a good barman. A lot of lounge space to use when not in your room. We had dinner at Le Terrase restaurant. The quality of the food was very good, even though the restaurant was extremely busy. This hotel is a great option for a hassle free, comfortable stay at the airport. We took the train to Paris for the day before our flight. The station is just out the hotel door. So easy!

The bathroom is very small in the triple room. No room to turn around. Just a small shower, toilet and small basin. But this is expected at an affordable airport hotel. The positives far out weigh this.

Location was easy to reach, the rooms were comfortable, the games area was great for the kids, the breakfast was wholesome and an attached Starbucks great!

I missed a kettle and tea in the room. The check in queue was long and only two people on the counter. Quicker check in after a flight would help.

Great location in CDG airport terminal 3. Very easy access to terminals and RER station. 2 restaurants and 1 bar on site. Clean rooms. Decent price for 2 night stay. Noon check-out.

The fact that rooms with 2 double beds are not available is annoying for families of 4. Had to book 2 separate rooms. Very basic amenities. Beds not very comfortable. 2 individual single beds side by side do not replace a double bed. Kids loved it, put not ideal for couples. Didn’t pay attention when booked and got 2 rooms adapted for people with disabilities. Hope we didn’t take away from somebody who really needed them. Staff did not mention it and didn’t offer to switch.

We were a group of 5 adults looking for two rooms (a double and a triple). The rooms were simple and clean. We needed overnight accommodation coming in from an international flight and connecting to another international flight. The hotel is well situated amongst Terminal 2 and relatively well-priced considering the options nearby. (Though signage coming from the inter-terminal train could be clearer.)

Slow check in: There were many people and the process was slow. There was no fridge in the room - we needed it for medication. But the staff at reception were pretty helpful with this. They kept our items overnight and were quick to return them in the morning. Auto-check out in the morning was very useful as we were rushing to catch our morning flight out.

The close proximity to the airport and the CDGVAL (shuttle to the airport) made catching our flight a breeze. We were also able to return our rental car quite easily the night before the flight and catch the shuttle to the hotel.

Pillows a little too big and firm, with no other options on the bed. It would be helpful to also have a couple of softer pillows on the bed, just to provide customers the option of a firm or soft pillow. Bathroom didn't smell too fresh, but that's kind of standard in France. Just wasn't expecting it in the hotel. P.S. I would do some maintenance or clean up of the entry and lobby. It needs it and doesn't reflect the standard that I found in the rest of my stay. First impressions are everything!

The location by the terminal 3 is easy if you have to stay a night at the CDG airport. Good bed. The restaurant was ok but nothing special to have a quick dinner before heading to sleep before catching an early flight the next morning.

The tap in the room was spilling water to the bathroom floor. I'm sure that should have been noticed by the cleaners and maintenance but nothing had been done. I was too tired to do anything about it. Outragously expensive. Hope to get the expences covered by travel insurance, otherwise this was the most expensive short stay at an airport I've ever experienced.

The location is very close to the airport, and the room is quite spacious.

There was no fridge in the room. Also, their system seemed to have some issues. When we checked in, the staff initially said we had only booked one room, even though our reservation clearly showed two rooms for two nights. Thankfully, the staff resolved it. However, the next day when we returned from going out, one of the rooms was locked, and we had to go down to the front desk to get help again. It was resolved, but it was quite stressful and a bit of a panic being locked out of our room.

I didn't have high expectations but upon arrival, I was very impressed! Check-in was well-staffed, staff was friendly, helpful and efficient. The lobby is HUGE (there's a restaurant, bar, coffee shop, vending machines for quick snacks/drinks and lots of seating). The best part is that the tram to airport (free) is right there. A 3-min walk. Very convenient and easy. Signs are easy to follow. Rooms are basic, but have all you need for the night before a flight. The AC in our room wasn't working so they sent someone up to help us. The dial was finicky and he was unable to get it to work, but he offered a fan or to move to another room. As it was already late and we didn't want to switch rooms, we took the fan, which he quickly took out of the box and set up for us. Thank goodness for this as it was so hot and stuffy! He was professional, kind and helpful. Thank you, Johan! (I hope I'm spelling that correctly).

A bit frustrating that the AC didn't work and even after opening the giant window, there was still no relief.

It was perfectly located right next to the train station for the free train between terminals and the train into Paris. The hotel was clean and efficient. The bed was comfortable and everything worked perfectly. There is an excellent supermarket right in the station which is handy because the restaurant in the hotel has limited hours.

The rooms were rather small and the bathroom was tiny - a little bigger than an aircraft toilet plus a shower. The restaurant only opens at 7PM so it’s not always easy to get a bite. Also, the restaurant is mainly buffet with just Three item on the a La Carte menu.

It's literally 1 minute walk from the CDGVA station, so it took like 15 minutes total between Terminals 2E/F and the hotel. The staff were nice, the bar open late into the night and the entrance area is really nice! I loved that the room had an openable window, and I enjoyed that the breakfast started already at 5:00 (which is what I actually needed, I had breakfast and still got plenty of time for a 7:00 flight from 2E.

If I had to pick one thing, on the check-in it wasn't super clear which queue to stand in when booked via Booking, but it wasn't anything critical.
