I think at the end of the day your staff makes this property exceptional. The room was very clean, we had a handicap shower, which was wonderful. Breakfast was kind of as expected in this type of place. I will tell you that frequently you were out of yogurt, different varieties of muffins, and fruit. Your check-in staff work really really pleasant specially Randall . What was nice and would make me come back to this facility is the service that we got from housekeeping. We stayed at the sister property next-door multiple times within the last year and we’re constantly in search of towels and empty in our trash. I know people don’t do what they used to do as far as coming in on a daily basis . But we had our door knocked on almost daily to give us fresh towels and to empty the trash. We sincerely appreciated this since we shower in the mornings and evenings. Please bring back the service to all your facilities. I hate paying for a place to stay and not having a dry towel. My husband did have a very hard time getting on the Internet and actually had to call Marriott IT team. It pushed his meetings back about 45 minutes to try to get the problem resolved so that he could work.

The Internet connection

It was in a quiet location. Nice dishwasher, stove, fridge, plates and cups. Liked the closet and desk area. Bed and pillows were great. Plenty of usb ports. Enjoyed the waffle maker.

The shower needs a full door or shower curtain. The half glass shower was making a mess on the floor.There was only two forks and the skillet had a black mark that did not come off. The coffee was too bold tasting at breakfast. Could be more than 2 waffle makers. The round table we ate at was not sturdy.

Liked - the room, the breakfast, and the staff. The room was clean and spacious. While traveling I like to use the refrigerator to store frozen bottles of water for the next day’s travels. Unlike most places I’ve stayed this refrigerator worked. It froze the water for next day’s drive. It’s a minor detail but it helped make my stay even better.

Nothing - everything was great.

It was in a good location to the highway. We were able to get right off and back on to continue our trip South. The room was clean, quiet and the kitchenette was nice to have.

I was very surprised to see only a fitted sheet on the bed along with the comforter. There was no top sheet which was concerning because we had the comforter against us while we slept. This left us wondering if the comforters were washed after every use or not. We had just traveled about 800 miles and were too tired to bring our concern to the management.

Beautiful, quiet and perfect location for our needs. We were in town to be with our sister in law as she passed away. It was convenient to the hospital, and the hospice facility and close to a variety of selections of food places. The breakfast was an additional surprise. We were able to grab a quick bite before we started our day. The staff, everyone we encountered was always smiling and pleasant.

Great room with thoughtful amenities. The closet system was the best I've seen in a hotel . We weren't there long enough to use the kitchen but it was very nice! The design of the room and hotel was outstanding.

Breakfast was convenient but it would have been nice to have a hot chocolate option for us non coffee drinkers. Also some stevia packets instead of just sugar would have been appreciated. The waffle machine was nice.

The room was spacious, clean, beautiful, and had everything you needed. It felt like a room and not a hotel room. And the bed and pillows were so comfortable that we peeled all the layers off to see what brand they were!! We found out they have their own line of pillows, and you can find them on Amazon.! They are in my cart.❤️Parking was great too.

Rooms were clean and well stocked. It was very quiet, unlike most hotels, you really don't hear anything around you. Breakfast was great . Front desk staff are excellent. They were all so kind and able to answer most questions.

The only downfall for us was the bed. It was a little too hard for my preference.

ANTS! WE HAD ANTS. WE SPOKE TO THE FRONT DESK WHO BOTH SAID IT WOULD BE TAKEN CARE OF. WE CAME BACK HORS LATER AND NOT A THING HAD BEEN DONE. THEY SAID THEY WOULD TAKE CARE OF IT AND NEVER DID AND EVER SPOKE TO US EITHER WAY

The hotel is very good. And highly recommend it.

The hotel is pet friendly, but I had to pay a $110 cleaning fee extra because I brought a 5 pound pomaranian teacup dog? If it was a deposit, I wouldn't mind because it would be returned, but this is a lot of money to pay extra and leave the room spotless.
