I loved the stay! Everything was very clean, incredibly new and comfortable, very quiet, great for relaxing! The hot tub was a lot of fun and relaxing, and the view was wonderful! The property's restaurant is also very nice.

We had booked the resort, and we received notice a month beforehand that our reservation at another hotel had been canceled. It was a very unpleasant surprise; I had never heard of an experience like that before. But luckily, this other place, despite not being a resort, exceeded our expectations! In the end, everything turned out fine.

The dome was larger than expected and with decent size bathroom. The hot tub was great - thermal water so hot had to be cooled and we noticed they empty and refill between guest stays. Restaurant was Better than other reviews made out for both breakfast and if you ate in the evening.

Site as a whole managed by the National park and a bit tired. We attempted lo gerwalk as shown on maps (Laguna Bertin trail) and that is impassable in places and can’t re completed.

We stayed in a dome with a hot tub and it was excellent. The dome was really nicely done with a comfy bed and a full bathroom. The hot tub was fantastic and we spent many hours over our stay in the beautiful warm water with sound of the river in the background. Restaurant was good for breakfast and dinner. Indoor and outdoor thermal pools on site as well which were nice too. There were also walking trails from the hotel but we didn’t get time to try them.

We loved the free breakfast as it had a great variety of home made foods!

We stayed at a domo and we LOVED IT but unfortunately our hot tub had a leak and in the morning it was almost empty and we couldn't use it. Also our toilet didn't flush correctly.

Excellent location within the national park, the domes had a wonderful location with river views and it was overall a great experience

Indoor pool was under repair and this was not clear. Breakfast is good and varied but could have better coffee and offer croissants

Excellent place to stay. The staff were very engaging and changed our rooms as.we requested. We so enjoyed the hot tub and the breakfasts were great. Thanks.. Highly recommend

Beautiful location, quite and clean.

Limited public transportation to get to the place. No mobil transport to the Demo. A golf cart would be very useful to guest whom have deficulty on walking.

We stayed in a dome with a hot tub. It was incredible to be able to use the tub whenever we wanted to, and it was really relaxing.

The facilities did not have running (cold) water during the day and I could not use the bathroom attatched to the dome.

The restaurant offered happy hour then charged full price , ; I don't like coming down to breakfast and the restaurant is still being cleaned , it should be done before the breakfast session starts

The location and the staff were great! Everyone was so friendly.

The only thing that could have been better is if they gave us pool towels for the hot springs in addition to the towels for our Dome unit.
