We really enjoyed meeting Sonia who cooked us breakfast which was awesome scrambled eggs and waffles, even brought it to our table. The staff was very welcoming and heart felt-. There is a pool but we never made it in there. My friend and I were traveling around FL to see alot of the springs. Ichetucknee springs and Madison blue springs is just down the road not even 15 mins. We had a great time in Lake City.

Everything about this place was great! For the price we paid the stay was awesome. Better than we excepted.

Danielle at the front desk did an excellent job checking us in on Thursday afternoon and even our dog got a doggy biscuit. After settling into our room, we couldn’t believe they had a free dinner that night from 5-7. Mandy served chicken and dumplings, green beans with bacon, garlic toast and iced tea or water. It was delicious! Then the next morning free breakfast! Sonja cooked up eggs however we wanted and the biscuits and gravy was fantastic. 2 adults, one small dog for one night with free dinner and breakfast for around $100. What a deal! Definitely will stay here again.

It rained and we couldn’t enjoy the pool.

I ended up not staying there from my starting point to my destination I didn’t realize how much closer I was and decided to go on home. I understand there’s a 24 hour cancellation however I have already been driving 12 hours from pigeon Forge, Tennessee to Lake City and realize I only had like four hours to go, and I really wish since I didn’t stay there I shouldn’t have to pay when you’re traveling. Sometimes you can’t make those decisions. What’s gonna happen in 24 hours you’re gonna be really behind or you’re gonna be ahead of the game I’d really like you to consider giving my money back since I did not stay there, I did previously stay in Dalton Georgia and stay with your company super eight in pigeon Forge for five nights. I think somebody can get me a break thank you Bonnie Burroughs.

I loved the southern dinner and amazing breakfast with a lovely staff member named, Sonia. She made us waffles and scrambled eggs every day 😋 She made our day start off positive

I had a horrible bed in my room! It had a huge hole from being old or way used. I asked for another room so I could sleep and was told no immediately No room change. I stayed here on August 23rd 2024 and had a king bed and it was great! Room 207

Room was clean,stay. beds was comfortable, location was convenient and breakfast and dinner were very good.

HVAC was difficult to control. Noise from the parking lot filtered into the room. Exterior door threshold seal showed daylight so it obviously was not sealed.

The breakfast was very good. Good selections and the cooked to order eggs wow. never seen that at other hotels offering hot breakfast. The location was perfect for me as my grandson was playing a baseball tournament at Southside sports complex.

Minor details like broken, loose toilet seat and wobbly arm rest on one chair (rm 212). Like I said, minor, that did not distract from the quality of the stay.

when we took the reservation, we asked for the rooms free of cigarette smoke, but both rooms had cigarette smell

The made to order breakfast was excellent, especially when you have multiple littles with you. The front desk was exceptional and welcoming! She even offered free popsicles for the kids. Rooms were large and clean.

That there wasn't an elevator or luggage carts.

The place was quiet and we got a good rest. We liked that it was pet friendly. It was clean and the staff were friendly, professional and great. It was right off the highway and close to I10. Gas station is right next door.

The drains need to be de-clogged, they moved slowly.

BREAKFAST was any style of eggs you want (I ordered 2 eggs over easy) cooked to order! Sausage. Waffles cooked to order. Biscuits & gravy. Cereal & milk. Yogurt, coffee, OJ, bread, and more. Strong WiFi. Fast Internet.

Had to drive 10 minutes into town to get dinner (no big deal). (But I was told that you can get dinner at this motel on certain days of the week.)
